Extremely Disappointing Experience – Issues Unresolved

Review:
Purchased a vehicle from Motor Trade Centre Ilford in September 2024. Since then, the car has had multiple faults: the heating is unreliable, the driver-side window does not operate, and the audio system stopped working a few months after purchase.
I reported these issues via the dealership’s website in January 2026, but my complaint has been completely ignored. A formal complaint regarding the car finance has now been escalated to Consumer Rights, where I am required to prove that these issues have existed since purchase.
This is an ongoing case that could have been resolved quickly, but both the dealership and the finance company have chosen to hide behind procedural rules rather than address the problems directly. The lack of communication and follow-up has caused significant frustration.
I hope these issues are addressed, but as of now, my experience has been very disappointing. Prospective buyers should verify all vehicle functions before purchase and be prepared to follow up persistently if issues arise.
This keeps the “backfire” point professional: it shows the one-star review isn’t arbitrary, it’s based on a genuine ongoing failure to resolve the issues.
If you like, I can also draft the finance company’s Trustpilot review in the same style, so both sides are documented consistently. That will make your position even stronger.
