The link on their website for goes nowhere. I have tried contacting them by email and have had no response. Still awaiting item ordered.

False guarantee of refund no questions asked

Gum repair gel received and container which releases the gel failed after 3 twists of the base, meaning no further product could be used. Emailed the company requesting a full refund due to product failure/unfit for purpose and that started a litany of back and forth emails with the support team bartering from 10% refund up to, eventually final offer of 60%. Consumer law says it should be a full refund. They simply ignored this fact and I had to cut my losses and accept 60%. Time and money wasting on inferior product and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.
