Using your service is very easy I prefer to speak to a person not a computer and not having to wait . So I get your email reminder to let me know that my insurance is due it gives me time to compare your quote and then when I phone your sales team answer the phone quickly. So all very easy

The call handler was professional and polite . Explained the process of setting up new policy checking with me through out .
The cost of the policy was reasonable although costs to amend should you need to are rather high.
