Mark was patient and clear about what the policy I sought covered, and listened carefully to what my needs would be for the next year. He explained key components in detail using scenarios I could relate to and understood. For me it’s not just the price that’s key, it’s knowing I have the appropriate insurance cover for how I will use the vehicle.
I got a good price for my annual insurance with an acceptable excess. But better, I’ll not have to worry about it until I need to use or renew it next year.

Get rid of the idiot virtual "assistant" system and retain your customers.
Once I had got through to a human being everything was good, it would be 5 stars if I did not have to deal with the idiot virtual "assistant"
I was genuinely at the point of putting the phone down and going elsewhere - whatever the price!
Everything is about customer service but I doubt many customers are impressed by virtual "assistants" listen to your customers and get rid of it and answer the phone from the start with a human being.

So far so good, easy to set up the insurance as they haven’t asked me for proof of no claims or for a copy of my license as they have obviously done their checks.
Very helpful agent who explained the policy.
Best of all a great price.
But with all insurances you don’t know how good they are until you put in a claim.
I hope they are good if I ever need to claim.
