Fraudulent charges by motonovo
I am raising a formal complaint regarding my experience with MotoNovo Finance, which I consider unacceptable. In Nov. 2025, I notified you of my intention to return my vehicle under my PCP agreement due to relocation abroad, with a return date of 17 Dec. 2025. I was clearly informed I could return the vehicle without additional charges.
MotoNovo Finance arranged collection via Anglia UK. The vehicle was inspected in my presence and confirmed to be in excellent condition, with low mileage and full service history. All documents were reviewed, photos taken, and no concerns were raised.
Months later, after relocating to Canada, I received notice of a £565 charge for alleged damages and incomplete service history. This is unreasonable, as no issues were raised at collection and the service history was complete and verifiable.
This situation is unacceptable for several reasons. First, despite being informed of my international relocation, no attempt was made to contact me directly by email regarding these alleged charges. Second, the claim of incomplete service history is unfounded; the vehicle was properly maintained, all documents were presented to your agent at inspection, photographed, and any further records are verifiable with the servicing providers.
Third, your appointed agent confirmed at collection that the vehicle was in excellent condition with no issues, yet you now present contradictory claims. This raises serious concerns about the integrity and transparency of your processes and appears misleading.
This is Fraud by Motonovo!

Rubbish customer service
Rubbish customer service, needed to speak to a complaint advisor and was told 3-5 day's..2 weeks later I've had an email saying thanks for your patience.
Unfortunately my 14 day 'cooling off ' period has now expired and I'm stuck with a car i haven't got as its still being repaired and paying £243 a month for nothing. Avoid at all costs and source your finance from someone else.
