A defective product was sent
A defective product was sent. I sent pictures of the product. The product is unusable. I didn't have time to return the product to the courier. I haven't received a refund.

Hartelijk dank voor uw bericht. Het spijt ons te horen dat u een defect product heeft ontvangen en dat dit product niet bruikbaar was. Wij begrijpen dat het vervelend is dat u nog geen terugbetaling heeft ontvangen en dat het retourneren van het pakket lastig voor u was.
U heeft voor het retourneren een retourformulier ontvangen. Er is voor ons geen andere manier om u uw geld terug te storten dan om te beschikken over de producten die u heeft besteld. Ik wil u er dus nogmaals op attenderen dat u uw producten terug moet sturen. Wanneer ze zijn verwerkt bij ons, dan zult u uw geld binnen 14 terug krijgen.

Order not received in full, no solution
Ordered item not received in full, missing critical element. - Front grill with chrome rim, rim missing, 75€ worth item is useless… “customer service” (one person “operation”) very unprofessional, including other complains about not receiving refunds in the reply with other peoples details (email), showing already they have a lot of problems and are not refunding properly. After “investigating internally” the otherwise very clear complaint, she suggested me to return the item and they would refund me after “appropriate” time… and I should re-place my order again… it is a scam operation, not recommending at all!!!

On license plate ordered brake caliper and pads: caliper was the right type, but pads didn't fit caliper.
