SKODA ATE Brake Disc
Among other items, I purchased two brake discs for SKODA KODIAQ, so I expected to receive two identical products in matching boxes with the same product details. However, one disc arrived in an official blue ATE box, while the other was packaged in a brown box intended for SEAT. Although the dimensions of both discs are the same, there are minor differences, such as the placement of the branding and where the specifications are indicated on the disc.

Wij begrijpen uw bezorgdheid volledig: bij een bestelling van twee remschijven voor uw Škoda Kodiaq verwacht u uiteraard twee identieke producten in uniforme verpakking. Het is niet ideaal dat u twee verschillende verpakkingen heeft ontvangen, ook al zijn de afmetingen van de remschijven gelijk.
In sommige gevallen kunnen onderdelen van dezelfde OEM (zoals ATE) uit verschillende productie- of distributielijnen komen, waardoor de verpakking kan verschillen. De technische specificaties van het onderdeel zelf blijven daarbij in principe gelijk, maar we begrijpen dat dit verwarrend en niet consistent oogt, zeker bij montage of verkoop.
We nemen uw opmerking hierover serieus en geven dit intern door aan onze voorraad- en inpakafdeling, zodat we dit in de toekomst beter kunnen uniformeren.
Mocht u hierover nog twijfel hebben of de compatibiliteit willen laten controleren, dan helpen we u uiteraard graag verder.

I did order two steering knuckles
I did order two steering knuckles. The packaging of one was unacceptable. Probably a returned item. Then I noticed that the paint on top and on the sides of the knuckles was chipped. Very disappointing. But if it is the manufacturers fault I don't know. The second delivery came without an announcement so before I could pick it up it was send back.
Due to it all not being my fault, Motointegrator covered the shipping costs, so that I only had to pay them once.
It was my first-time ordering at Motointegrator so I gladly gave them the benefit of the doubt and they morally did good. Fast enough communication via e-mail and they gave me a soothing solution.
The last received Lemförder steering knuckles have a little bit of chipped paint on top. But I will touch them up with a little hammorite direct over rust paint. Besides that these knuckles are very stiff. Which is good because the previous ones were a bit more loose.
I never had this experience with other steering knuckle brands. So I'm looking forward to see how they work.
Motointegrator did all they could do. As soon as possible I will install them and see how they do...

super fast and reasonable prices only downside is delivery takes a while compared to winparts but they ship from Poland so a little longer is expected. Huge selection of parts available. Good prices !!
