In return, Mostbet:

Failed to provide valid payment proof

Shared a screenshot of an unrelated old transaction

Never issued a complaint ID

Never shared an investigation report

Never named a responsible agent

Stopped meaningful communication

Claiming a payment was sent without providing verifiable transaction details (UTR/Reference number matching my withdrawal) is not a resolution.

What is happening here is very clear:
Mostbet responds publicly on Trustpilot to look cooperative, but does nothing privately to actually solve the problem.

Holding 150,000 PKR for over 6 months without proof or resolution is unacceptable.

⚠️ Until my money is returned or real payment proof is provided, I will continue updating my feedback and warning other users.

A genuine re-investigation

Then on the part of blocking people's account on the claim of security purposes is outrageous, I made an account and 14 days later it was blocked with my money still inside on the grounds of security purposes, this needs to be stopped , some other people report getting their accounts totally blocked with unrecoverable funds , it is very bad, their customer care is very poor with some others reporting being unable to get in contact with them for their zoom meeting to get their accounts reopened.

Mostbet was not like this earlier, but now the platform is unsafe for users.

My account was blocked in August, and even after submitting all documents, they didn't complete video verification process. I am fighting with them till the date and sent over 140 emails, I have still not received my funds/solution. Support keeps delaying without giving any final outcome.

I even requested them to keep my account blocked if needed, but at least release my withdrawable balance, which is not higher than my deposited amount. This request was also ignored.

This is not how a trusted betting company should operate. I have lost trust completely and would strongly warn others not to keep large balances on this platform.

I hope this company is canceled and i hope everyone sees that review to flag with me all those positive reviews all are fake and this company is using fake reviews. so help me to expose scammers and to not make other victims here

At least a little progress has been made. My account has been unfrozen. Now is another issue: my stake limit has been reduced as low as $1 maximum without any reason.
