I registered with this platform about 14 days ago. I followed all the rules and did not violate any terms. My betting activity was completely normal, with no prohibited strategies or suspicious behavior.

After I made a profit and requested a first withdrawal since 13 day , the problems started. They began delaying the process and asking for repeated reviews without giving a clear reason. Despite waiting patiently and cooperating fully, my winnings have still not been paid.

It is very disappointing that everything seems fine until you win.

I strongly advise anyone considering this site to think carefully before depositing funds. Make sure you are prepared for potential delays or complications when trying to withdraw your money.

I hope they resolve this issue, but I believe people deserve to be aware of my experience

Mostbet doesnt let me withdraw my funds for over a week, i have supplied them with all the required verification documents and information but they are delaying the process on purpose and keep asking for extra information. I guess their postponing tactic has worked because over a week i have lost a part of the funds I had on the account because i couldnt withdraw them. My ID is 269673008. Happy to change the review after you resolve the matter and compensate my losses. Contact with departament responsible for verification is terrible and delayed on purpose if you have money on the account. They tell you messages are treated first come first serve but if you dont push them they make you wait forever, i’ve had friends sending them mails after me and receiving replies much faster than me.

Edit: they did indeed verify my account but only after there were no funds anymore to withdraw, before that support was avoiding replies and making me wait 'some more'.

'First come first serve' aproach they strongly go by is just a way to say 'we won;t help you quickly if you won'. Unreasonable questions to delay support are their motto.

I believe in giving honest feedback, and while I appreciate good service when it exists, I will not mislead others.

Mostbet, you and I both know there are no coupons on my account. However, without providing any clear explanation, my account has been restricted to a daily transaction limit of 2000 NGN — not per trade, but per day. Instead of giving a transparent reason, you rely on general statements such as saying I can request a review after 3 months by contacting customer support, or that “you have the right to restrict,” while continuing to encourage deposits. This is not fair or transparent.

I want people to be aware that Mostbet restricts betting activities in this manner. My account can only place bets up to a total of 2000 NGN daily, which significantly limits my ability to use the platform.

Trustpilot, please do not accept any offer by this organization to remove this review. I have provided evidence multiple times to show that my claims are genuine. I am writing to warn other players about a serious issue with Mostbet.
I won 8,120.24 PLN in slot games.
I attempted a withdrawal to my bank card, which was declined, and the funds returned to my Mostbet balance.
The amount remained visible in my account for approximately 20 days while my account was under verification. After the account was reopened, the 8,120.24 PLN disappeared without any explanation.
No bonus was active.
My account is currently active and unrestricted.
The funds were never credited to my bank card.
Support only responds with generic messages such as “appeal successfully resolved,” without providing any transaction log, ARN, or official reason for the removal.
I have already filed a complaint with the regulator. I am requesting full transaction logs and a formal explanation.

This betting site is about to scam me of my hard earned money! Im been so pale after receiving der mail. Im still in shock and my mental health is affected.
I created an account with mostbet last year december. I played about 3 popular matches, and then i received a mail that my account is temporary suspended that i should mail the security team with my IF card thats verification is a standard procedure. I left it, cause by then I traveled(mind you i could still login into my account). Fast forward to last week i got back to state and i started the verification process immediately. I would like to warn everyone about the Mostbet betting office. It is a fraudulent casino. I opened an account in October 2025, deposited 10,000 CZK on sports betting, where I managed to win 100,000 CZK automatically when withdrawing money, Mostbet froze the account. I waited for the account to open for more than 60 days. Every day they wrote the same thing. They sent all the documents, passport, credit cards, account statements. Twice a Skype video to verify that I am the owner of the account and the belt. No one ever showed up at the agreed time. After writing several times, after 90 days they opened the account again, but they couldn't make withdrawals. They wrote that I should deposit from another bank and again the deposit was successful, but the withdrawals were blocked. So if you win, you will never see your money.

What is happening here is very clear:
Mostbet responds publicly on Trustpilot to look cooperative, but does nothing privately to actually solve the problem.

Holding 150,000 PKR for over 6 months without proof or resolution is unacceptable.

A genuine re-investigation

Valid, verifiable payment proof

OR immediate refund of my 150,000 PKR
