Despite being a tricky intermediary between the manufacturer of a faulty pair of shoes and Amazon, a position which could lead some to make life difficult, the team there was courteous, responsive and effective in solving the problem. Fabulous New Courts
Now that we are playing on our two courts, I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful job you did. The color is exquisite and very upscale and the courts hold. No water after a rain. We are hoping beyond Hope that you will come back to redo our old courts!

More Sports had the best online price for the golf trolley I wanted.
My order was delivered within 4 days which was great for such a bulky item.
No hesitation in recommending More Sports and would use again.
n.b. I did send an online chat message and an email query about my order which both went unanswered which was a little strange.

Sorry for the issue - before you placed your order you asked us what the estimated delivery time was, and we informed you that this was from 4 - 8 working days, but as this was shipped internationally this was not a guaranteed date for delivery, and that occasional delays could occur. You chose to order this item to your hotel address, which you would be at for another 9 days after shipping. There was obviously a risk associated with this - that you may no longer be at the hotel when delivery was attempted. I'd advise your best course of action is to ask the Hotel to refuse the item and we'll refund once this has been returned to us, or perhaps they'd be willing to forward this on to you?

I ordered work shoes and they arrived very quickly.
Unfortunately, one shoe was problematic and the reclamation was resolved within a few days.
Definitely a recommendation for the store.
