Don't trust these to replace anything…

Don't trust these to replace anything if it goes wrong .Shop elsewhere folks !!
Shoes were reported faulty after 9 months wear with a gortex 2 year warranty .Beware this isn't worth the paper it's written on ,will just say its wear and tear !!These shoes haven't even got a scuff mark on them so no idea how it's fair waer and tear when goretex membrane inside upper rips !! Been using Muzuno gear for 30+ years and never had a problem with anything. Clubs,bags,shoes,umbrellas,clothes ect ect .Contacted Irish rep, most obnoxious, ,patronising person ever .Sorry mizuno my money will be spent elsewhere from now on .

At Moresports.com we always strive to process valid warranty claims in a prompt and pain free way as possible, but in this case, as the warranty claim was made significantly more than a year since purchase, this was subject to the manufacturers extended warranty terms, and the condition of the item when it was returned meant they had to reject the claim.

Hi Mark,
I notice you;ve updated your review to say you reported the shoes as faulty after 9 months - this is correct! You have omitted to mention though that we (Moresports) provided a prepaid label for returning the shoes for consideration under guarantee on the day you reported the issue, but you refused to return the shoes until 18 months had passed. We tried to warn you at the time that the shoes would need to be returned to us within the guarantee period, but you didn't contact us again until more than 18 months after your purchase date.
With regards to Mizuno's extended waterproof guarantee, this was refused due to wear and tear inside both shoes at the toe box, where the big toe had rubbed through the inside membrane all the way to the leather outer. The extended warranty waterproof terms stated that the shoes must not be subject to an amount of wear and tear which would obviously mean they cannot be considered waterproof, and due to the wear on the shoes the warranty was rejected.

I hope this helps clear thing up regarding the decision by Mizuno, but please let me know if I can provide any further information.

Extremely helpful and prompt

I live in Fuerteventura and the company were extremely helpful getting me a powerkaddy motor. First order got lost in Madrid. I reordered while in UK got next day delivery and the refund for lost motor was prompt. Alan was fantastic on the phone, service was brilliant. Will certainly be using them again. 👍

1% for customer service

Utterly useless customer service from MoreSports.com.

I purchased a pair of trousers from them last Thursday and paid for next day delivery. The trousers turned up next morning but were unfortunately too big so I went on to the MoreSports.com website to arrange a return. I then received an email from them saying the following:-

Your return request was sent and is being reviewed. We'll email you once it's been completed.

Firstly, I don't understand why MoreSports.com need to review something as simple and straightforward as a mail order return? And since trying to arrange this return at 12:22pm on Friday 30 September I've had no response from them whatsover.

I’ve been shopping online for years and honestly moresports.com has the worst returns process of any company I have ever purchased an item from.

Who knew that trying to arrange something as simple and straightforward as a mail order return could be so difficult? Shop at MoreSports.com and you'll find out.
