Fake Jellycat, the price was same as original and they are selling it at genuine.

I paid extra to expedite shipping. I have NO shipping information- the phone contact number is a SHAM and I have emailed TWICE with no reply. HAM HAM SHAM DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!

Bought what it seemed online would be a real labubu, but it was so fake so obvious immediately once we unpacked the toy. Made my girl cry. Terrible scammers.

I don't know, maybe I was lucky. I placed my order and afterwards searched for reviews of this company. The amount of bad reviews really scared me. My order arrived in acceptable time and the products are great quality and value for the money.

Took 3times the amount of money off my bankaccount! SCAM!

Ordered a jelly cat . Was a counterfeit and now they won’t reply to my emails or give me a refund

Ordered a Jellycat. When it came it was definitely not as no genuine tags. We addressed this and they responded with we will check.
My advice is do not let it go. I told them to refund me or I’m doing a charge back via my credit card. They immediately refunded me the full amount.

I placed my order on June 8, 2025, and was told that delivery would take 6 days to 2 weeks. Today is July 17, 2025, and I still haven’t received my order.

I’ve been emailing you constantly, asking for updates. You sent me a tracking link showing that the package was stuck in China for over a month, and then eventually returned to the seller — and no one informed me about this.

I reached out again and was told I didn’t receive the package, but the truth is you didn’t even include my phone number for delivery. The shipment never left China, and the tracking was never updated — that’s not my fault.

Honestly, I feel like you’re not being honest. Now I’m asking for a full refund, but no one is replying. I do not recommend anyone to order from this store.

Never buy anything from this company. They sell fake products. I purchased 2 Jellycat soft toys and they are fake.
Asked for refund and they said they will send me new products. More fake stuff. Now I have to try to recover the cost of purchase via my credit card company.

Will not refund my purchase even though my package has not even shipped. Deliver date on their website is a lie. Everything should from China and takes multiple weeks to arrive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased a Jellycat bunny back in April, but was sent a fake bunny instead. When I emailed them about this they said that they would send me a replacement item - claiming it would be the real thing - it’s been three months and I still have not received it and they refuse to give me a refund until they have ‘obtained an update from their warehouse’ which they have been claiming to do for the last 5 weeks!!

Fake Jelly Cats!! Beware. Do not buy from these scammers. I bought the Jellycat Golden Doodle and a fake very poor quality dog arrived which was nothing like the Jellycat we ordered. I want a refund and they keep fobbing me off with a replacement that is on its way, which it isn’t as it’s been over a month. I don’t want another fake replacement: I want my money back!! Still waiting

Jellycat Product was not what I ordered much smaller and different color. Charged for larger product but realized one sent was counterfeit. Responded they would send the right product weeks ago. I’ve contacted them again and said I will be contacting card company.

Terrible. They sent a fake Jellycat and they couldn't even get it right - it wasn't the one I ordered. They delayed and delayed sending a replacement, saying it takes 5 weeks to get a replacement. I finally looked up the reviews and see they are a SCAM. Do not order from them! A complete waste of money and time.

SCAM!!!!! They sent me a completely different stuffed animal, and won't return my emails.
