I paid for delivery on father's day

I paid for delivery on father's day. The card never arrived. Completely pointless if you cannot deliver on the day.

No weight on balloon

Service is smooth, although expensive. The card and balloon arrived on time this time paying for extra delivery fee. Unfortunately, helium balloon in a box didn’t come with a weight on it. It flew away immediately. Not a successful birthday treat. Not practical design for children.

Missed delivery dates

Once again Moonpig have failed to deliver on their promised delivery date for Father's Day and seems to think that is perfectly acceptable despite their exorbitant delivery charges. No offer of a partial refund despite missing the whole point of their service, getting it their on time!

Awful

Oh my goodness, such a lazy company. They didn't bother sending the Father's Day card until around 5pm this evening, and the card arrived crumpled, indicating that the carrier who delivered the card shoved it through the letter box. Such ignorance. Horrific customer service, will not be ordering from this company again. Avoid at all cost. I might as well order from Temu next time.

Not able to cancel
