Late delivery

I have requested delivery on Father’s Day. I choose the delivery on Sunday as it was showing in delivery options.Unfortunately, the delivery didn’t take place as requested and Father’s Day passed and my order delivered next day, which was really disappointing.

Happy dog dad

Personalising a card is so simple on moonpig. I did one for my partner for father's day from our 4 dogs. He loved it. It came on the right day too. They just make the day a bit more special. More expensive than just getting a card from the shop but well worth the price.

Nice selection but TERRIBLE delivery

Lovely selection of cards to choose from BUT…… I live in England and have ordered some cards to go to NZ. These are printed in Australia and I have made 3 seperate orders over the last year and EVERY order has been late or just never arrived. So I have had to go back and get refunds or reposts. A waste of time when it for a birthday for Xmas and when the date has past the special thoughts from me are not so special anymore when it’s late or never arrived in the first place. I won’t be using Moonpig anymore. 😞

The speediest delivery ever, fab service thanks

The speediest delivery ever, wow. My BF daughter had a baby on Friday, I'm a bit rubbish at remembering to send cards etc so thought I'd use Moonpig, and be organised for a change. Decided to add a gift teddy too. I ordered Sunday evening and they'd received it Monday afternoon!! I thought being personalised it wouldn't be sent until Tuesday so I'm super impressed and they loved the personalised card so thank you very much, highly recommend xxx

Card has still not been delivered

Card has still not been delivered
Post office claims it has tried twice with no answer , but there has been someone there all the time .
I am extremely disappointed with the service as it was a 21st birthday card
