On time, but the car was disappointing
It was easy to reserve the car. The driver was on time. And I reached my destination as planned.
I have not booked the cheapest offer because I wanted to be driven in an electric vehicle. The car which came was old, air conditioning not working and of course not zero emission.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. While we are glad that the booking process and timing went smoothly, the fact that the vehicle provided did not match the one indicated in your booking is unacceptable.
In such cases, travelers have two possible options:
- Accept the ride and leave a review to inform other travelers of the mismatch and any issues encountered.
- Refuse the ride and open a dispute directly from your account in order to request a refund.
We have suspended the chauffeur’s account and are currently reviewing this case in detail to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Airport drop off with Joel Romero in Girona
The website was easy to use. We received a number of confirmations so we were not afraid the taxi would not show. The driver, Joel Romero, texted us the night before, and again when he arrived at our hotel. He was very professional and courteous, and punctual.

Beware - our driver was a no show!!
Car was booked and paid for. We were left waiting on the side of a street for over an hour in 40 degree heat. No communication or response from driver. No assistance at all from mon transport, in fact there is no number to call, no response to email. Took ages to get money back. Terrible experience in Valencia. Do not use.
