Got a Djihadist as a driver

After accepting a ride, they send the contact number. On whatsapp my driver has a photo of a hamas djihadist, naturally cancelled. Only 30% refund and the driver can continue to work with them.
Drivers are unchecked and even after reporting him it's been dismissed of as a matter "personal beliefs".

All chauffeurs on our platform are fully licensed and verified by local transport authorities. monTransport.com does not recruit drivers; we only provide a marketplace where independent licensed professionals can offer their services.

The photograph you are referring to was a private profile picture used on WhatsApp, an external application not controlled or monitored by monTransport.com. As per our Terms & Conditions, we cannot intervene in matters that fall within a chauffeur’s private communication or beliefs, as long as they comply with legal and licensing obligations.

We are not a competent authority to judge the use of third-party photos or private opinions, nor to enforce laws outside the legal framework of transport. Our role is limited to ensuring that drivers comply with their legal transport obligations and contractual commitments.

Your cancellation was processed in strict compliance with the cancellation conditions you accepted at the time of booking. These conditions are applied equally to all travelers and chauffeurs to ensure fairness and transparency.

It is therefore inaccurate to claim that chauffeurs are “unchecked.” They are rigorously verified before being allowed to operate on our platform. However, we cannot censor or control private messaging applications outside the scope of the contractual transport service.

We regret your dissatisfaction, but we must reaffirm that the refund applied corresponds exactly to the contractual terms you validated upon reservation.

Great company, nothing was any trouble and everything went as smooth as you could possibly want.
They provide everything you need covering all details, payments, invoices etc

Great communication…

The communication was good from the time I enquired about transport to and from Bergerac airport. The driver messaged to confirm the time and place he would meet us at the airport. He was on time, helpful and friendly. Our return trip on the 16th August was also on time and a good experience.
