WARNING TO FRAUD !!!!
They informed me that my order had been canceled after payment by credit card .
To create problems for the return of money instead of credit them on credit card from where they started ,
claim my documents and gas bills and current.
It already happened it was canceled an order after it is paid for and the other company have just re credited
without creating problems and wasting time .

I found them online looking for a Gillet for my wife. We had to discuss on phone & they were obliging & sent the Jacket quickly, bare in mind it was expensive.
However, the jacket fit wasn't right, so on the same day of receipt, we contacted them online under "returns" and got an auto response that said you have been accepted for a return but that a refund was no possible until we sent the jacket back. We sent it international post, to be signed for, quick delivery at quite an expensive rate.
This was 3 weeks ago now, no response, the phone number doesn't work or keeps you on hold till it cuts off, they don't respond to emails, most bounce back, i have written on their website that they have not responded or refunded the full amount and i don't even know if they are in business. Anyone online who has such bad business practices shouldn't be open, so it leads me to think they are both dishonest and incompetent. DO NOT ORDER YOUR CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY.
Faulty goods but I pay for return postage
I bought a pair of boots from Monshowroom that were damaged. I returned them at a cost of £15+ but they insist that they will not refund this. I have been emailing them for over 4 months now and they either 'misunderstand' what I'm asking or just say- we cannot refund you more than you paid! I was told that under the Distance Selling Act is the goods are not as advertised they must pay for the refund. Am now taking legal action. So my advice is shop elsewhere.

I have previously ordered a few times from Mon Showroom, as I think they have a good range of labels you don't see on a lot of other clothing sites. Its all gone smoothly, although I think the postage price is a bit high, considering it takes at least three working days. However my most recent order has been the experience from hell. I ordered a dress from See by Chloe, which comes with a fairly hefty Price tag, and waited for it to be delivered. After five days go by with still no dress I can see from the tracking order that my order is in my city, but it is just sitting at the local Fedex office. I contact Mon Showroom, to ask when my parcel will be delivered, and after taking a full two days to get back to me, they say the parcel will be with me the day after. However, the dress does not arrive the day after, so I email them again. A whole week goes by, where I can see from the tracking information that the dress is just sitting at the Fedex office, and I email Mon Showroom every day. Obviously I'm getting very fed up with the process. Finally, after almost two weeks like this, they tell me that I need to contact Fedex to organise a new pick up time!!! I am highly unimpressed, as they really should be organising this for me. So I contact Fedex, only to find out that they have already sent the item back to Mon Showroom. Now I am waiting to hear back from Mon Showroom what will happen, as I am so disappointed with the service that I want to cancel the order and get it from a site like Farfetch, which I know will deliver it quickly. Bottom line, Mon Showroom is hopeless as soon as small problems arise with your order and don't lift a finger to help. I recommend not buying anything from them. Mon Showroom, if you are reading this, I am VERY disapppointed. Taking 48 hours to get back to customer queries is unacceptable. It is unacceptable to not be able to resolve an order. Get your act together.

When I placed my first order on Monshoroom I was a bit worried as I had read many negative reviews...so far I ordered twice from this website and everything went fine: quick delivery and correct items and sizes. I've probably been lucky because I didn't have to send anything back or ask for a refund, I don't know how the company actually copes with complaints. For the moment I had a positive experience with Monshowroom and I'll order again.

Despite the mostly negative reviews of Monshowroom on Trustpilot, I took a chance.
I ordered 3 dressed. 2 of them I allready tried on in a boutique earlier this season. Didn't bought them at the time and regretting it ever since.
I looked them up online en landed on monshowroom where they were half the price of the boutique (on sale)
I always think when something looks too good to be true, it probably is. So when i did a credibility test of this webshop, I found a lot of negative reviews.
Still, i took a chance. Living on the edge and all... :-)
I even ordered an extra dress so i didn't have to pay delivery charges (even though i live in Belgium and this site is French).
Tracking my order was easy and after less than a week (at the begining of sales period, so very busy) i recieved my order.
Correct items and correct sizes.
I'm one happy well dressed shopper!

i tried to make an order,i create an account and i spent 500e.(i paid via paypal)
two days after the payment they sent me an email and they asked me a copy of my id and a bill just to verify my account and proceed the order.
I denied to send these sensitive infos and they proposed me to cancel my order.
i really don t understand the reason fom it,first they took my money and then they wanted to verify my account.Α big hassle for the buyer.
update:i cancelled my order and now IS THE BIG PROBLEM...
almost a month ago they said to me that i would have a refund and i am still waiting...HOW LIERS???????

Terrible customer service
They have a great range of products so I placed a large and expensive order with them, which was debited from my account immediately. I was given the incorrect tracking number and when I did receive the correct one it had been sent to my billing address not delivery address so was returned to sender, I have sent them at least 6 emails to try and sort this out, but the response is never more than one sentence and totally unhelpful. They have a customer service team that should be helping me sort this out but they could not care less, I don't have the time to keep emailing them and the courier. So I have no order and the money is taken from my account. How can companies continue to trade like this when other retailers offer such excellent service as standard. This is my first and last order,
Excellent range of items, questionable customer service
I have placed a few orders with MonShowroom and have had my ups and downs but I can't fault the quality of the items. Their range of brands and clothing is also pretty decent. I would not recommend that you order anything in a hurry though - they did not dispatch my order 'within 24 hours' as advertised even though I paid the FedEx fee. The item had not even left the warehouse 48 hours after I placed my order. Furthermore, they would not refund me but gave me a credit note. This is in the fine print, that you have to apply for a refund in writing within seven or fourteen days (I forget which), which seems a bit sly to me. Having said that, everything I have ordered off their site has come in the right size and the quality has been good, which is more than I can say for a lot of sites. They also have decent sales if you are watching more expensive brands.
awful customer service, bad quality item
I would recommend that everyone stays away from this company. I've ordered through them and after not receiving my item a month down the line I asked for s refund. They said I need to send a letter to somewhere in France - no luck. They then said they can offer me a credit note once they have received the article back (for all I know it has never left their warehouse). After nearly 3 months I received a credit note. I ordered two expensive jumpers which had holes in them after wearing them a couple of times.
Usually not one to write reviews but that company shouldn't be allowed to trade.
Dishonest advertising / publicité mensongère
I recently received an email from MonShowroom telling me that I hadn't placed an order with them for a while (true) and to encourage me to shop again with them I was offered 30 % ON ALL THE SITE with no minimum spend. They been had block capitals on the no restriction bits.
At checkout the discount code was deemed invalid despite being still in valid date. I wrote to customer service who simply answered back that the discount wasn't applicable on the brand SESSUN. No apologies.
I found this rather insulting and I will never order again.

30% SUR TOUT LE SITE, et sans minimum à dépenser. Au moment de payer la commande le code discount fut refusé et jugé invalide alors que la,date limite d'achat était respectée. Jai donc écrit au service clientèle pensant qu'ils arrangeraient la situation. Cependant j'ai seulement reçu un email me disant que la marque SESSUN était exclue de cette offre.
J'ai trouvé ça tellement insultant que je ne passerait tout simplement plus une commande sur Mon Showroom.

I was kinda hesitant with making my first order with Monshowroom because of seeing some of the bad reviews on here.... But, then I saw this really cute bag, dress, + top that I had to have so I decided to take a chance.... I submitted my order on Wednesday morning + was notified that the estimated delivery date would be on the following Monday via Fedex expedited shipping.... That was fine by me considering I am living in the US + Monshowroom is in based in France.... But, to my lovely surprise, I actually ended up getting my package on Friday morning within a couple of days of ordering! I have no complaints about the items that I received.... I got every thing that I ordered.... Every item looked exactly like the picture on the web site + fit me very well! I would definitely be making more orders from Monshowroom in hopes I would keep on getting the same kind of service that I got the first time! ;-)p
UPDATE as of 11/20/2014: I ordered from them the second time.... I had the same great experience that I have received like the first time.... Easy transaction, fast shipping, + every item looked just like the picture....
BUT, my only gripe with this store, which I had forgot to mention in first review, is the charge of the shipping.... They only give you two options to choose from when it comes to shipping: FedEx or Standard, which, looked like cost the same.... It looks like they basically give you no choice, but to pay a somewhat expensive price for shipping.... I would have rather paid the cheapest rate + wait patiently for my order to come whenever it came.... But, that's just me....
Excellent service very impressed!
I am a very frequent online shopper. I rarely go into shops. I ordered a pair of boots at monshowroom for half the price they were selling at house of fraser. I was concerned i was going on holiday soon and wouldnt get them in time. I selected the fedex delivery for 72 hours. The tracking service was great the boots were dispatched so quickly and i got them in time within the 72 hours. I love this website and they always have promotional codes ive been noticing. If you are sure about the item you are buying i would definitely trust them. With regards to refunds on overseas orders, thats never fun really. I ended up paying for a shopbop return nearly the same cost as the item itself.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them in Navy, they sent black, when I wanted to send them back they said only a credit note....this was not my fault but theirs! they relented and said that if I sent them back they would refund my purchase price, which they did after numerous emails and in the end I had to take it up with PayPal to sort it out...it cost me £13.00 to send them back I am still waiting for the refund on my postage, which they said they would send to me under separate cover, up till now, you have guessed it no refund this has been going on since May 2014 it's now August 2014....Do not deal with this company if you want to keep your sanity and reading the opinions on this site, I am not alone on this

Awful service
I ordered 161euro worth of goods they took the money straight off my debt card. Two days later he sent me a email requesting copies of passport! And copies of utilities bills, despite already taking my money. I thought it was a scam email and asked them why they wanted it, they gave no reason except threatened to cancel my order. I sent them copies of the documents that they wanted, as they already had my money. I did not hear anything for a day or so. I contacted them to ask what was happening and they came back to me the following day saint that they had cancelled my order. They put the money back onto my card but I lost out on over $17 including bank charges and exchange rate difference. Terrible terrible service I would never use again. Very bad experience.
Awful service / ripoff
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Not ONE is as pictured or what I ordered. I paid $40 to get it shipped to USA. I want to return the whole order but they won't refund me but instead issue a store credit!?
Waiting for their customer service department answer. Will follow up in a few days...
Nightmare company - avoid
I ordered a coat from the website, attracted by the free shipping promotion and first time buyer discount. My address had changed since I first registered with them. Neither my new address nor the promotional codes I entered at checkout were processed, even though I was repeatedly prompted to enter them, seemingly due to a technical problem on the site. I immediately contacted them having spotted the error on the order confirmation email.
Even though the coat was being sent to a city I no longer lived in, they said there was nothing they could do! I would have to wait for the coat to be refused on delivery and returned to them - from the UK to France!! What it if it was left with a neighbour, the common courier practice? What if the person living at my new address accepted the parcel? They failed to address the missing discounts entirely. Am still waiting to see what is going to happen with the coat. Terrible system. One star is too many.
Fraudulent - they don't refund money.
This business is fraudulent. Although I gave specific details wrt international bank account number and credit card details they ignored my request - until the 10 days of asking for a refund were over, claiming that it's now too late. .
Very unprofessional
They have used 1 week to "validate my account" - they have taken the money from my credit card immediately without shipping the goods. What a smart way of doing business. Taking money and not ship. They claim to be international - in reality all mails you receive are in French only.
I can not remonned this shop at all - they have great stuff but poor service !!!
