Not to be Trusted - Do Not Use

Bought a jumper, they sent something completely different, a dress that had clearly been worn and returned. Made contact and despite the Company website giving incorrect return details I did eventually get a return address from them. Paid £25 for a signed for return, but communication was useless and after an extended period I had to use PayPal to get my money back. Without PayPal I am certain I would not have seen a penny back. Still out of pocket for postage. Do not use this Company under any circumstances, you will probably not get what you order or your money back.

GREAT PRICES, FAST DELIVERY & QUALITY MERCHANDISE!!

I can honestly say I have made several orders at Monshowroom & have always been satisfied with the price, speed of delivery & quality of merchandise :) . My only regret has been missing out on a promotion where you get £100 off £250 spend on existing sale prices, absolute bargains but was an hour too late after deadline :(

Glad I took the risk given the poor reviews

I was concerned given the reviews, and then when my tracking number didn't work, but all fine. Saw some kanna wedges in an independent shop in Winchester, but couldn't justify £115, so went online, and found the exact same pair for £66 including postage. They took less than a week to arrive via Yodel to Winchester, UK, and are in perfect condition.

Excellent site

I'm in the US and I have a hard time finding the French brands here that fit me so well. Finding Monshowroom was perfect for me. I was able to get Bensimmon shoes and beautiful tops. The overseas shipping costs can be high so I try to do a larger order, and the shipment arrived earlier than expected. This site is true find for me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE U.S.

They asked me to verify my identity and a picture of my ID (which is already way too much to ask) was not sufficient. I had to Send them a gas bill but WAIT this was not sufficient I had to send them an electricity bill! The result : gift delayed - Xmas messed up. Don't count on those guys

A bunch of con artists BE WARNED

I attempted to purchase a £500 coat and after several e/mails, phone calls to France they will not send the product. They have been paid via Pay pal yet they refuse to send the product. I have had excuse after excuse and they pretend not to speak English whilst explaining this to me in English ! I refused to get off the phone and have demanded a full refund and am also in the process of making a claim via Pay pal. This is by far the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with and will never ever return.

Very fast delivery

I see all the negative reviews, but my order was fast and without mistakes. The bag I ordered was just like in the photo's - very happy about it. I didn't need customer service, so I can't form an opinion about that. It obviously needs to be better, but for me all went well on my first order. Monshowroom has great items that you can't find anywhere else online, so if they'll get a better grip on customer service, they'd be one of the best sites for French fashion/style.
Hope you'll get there! You can do it! :-)

Worst EVER!

I ordered a pair of adidas shoes with a delivery time of 5 business days. The shoes never arrived and monshowroom never contacted me or answered my emails. Finally, I cancelled my order after 20 days via their hotline. I fear, that I will not get my money back.
This is ecommerce as badly done as in its first days. Never again.

Bad Service

Bought a top, was apparently to be delivered after 7 days. They got my address wrong, I paid with PayPal which had my correct address yet somehow the street was removed and only had my house number, city and postcode. As the address was incomplete it got sent back to them, once I realised the mistake I contacted them and gave my full address to be corrected. They sent it out again without my street on the address. Eventually I no longer needed this item and refused it. It was alot of chasing and to be fair, I don't understand how they kept making the same mistake. Still awaiting my refund but they stop responding. Had to make a claim with PayPal to get my money back... Still waiting. Bought this top a month ago. Not worth the hassle. Awful site!

unacceptable

Ordered a number of items (for over 1000 euro), only one of them I received. After three weeks of waiting for the rest, and being stalled by customer service who was i) first neglecting in providing a decent response on where my order was, ii) then came back saying they finally send it but one week later still no package arrived (so they probably lied and never actually send it). I have now asked for a refund. They have accepted this request, and am now waiting for the return. I will never order from this site again, and wanted to inform others not be fooled around by them!

Borderline Criminals

I can't advise anyone strongly enough against buying from MonShowroom. Half of the items I ordered were an odd fit so I asked to return them for a refund and this was accepted. So far, so good. I paid for tracked & insured postage to return the goods then waited for the refund. And waited. And waited. After a month I contacted customer services who acknowledged the goods had been received and promised a refund within 2 days. A week later I contacted them again and I was told again a refund would be paid within 2 days. That also did not happen. I then asked for the situation to be resolved within 2 working days. Still no refund and this time no response. I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am now faced with having to get legal advice to clarify what rights I have in this situation.

A good deal for me

I just want to help people with my review ... I ordered a pair of adidas shoes(cost48€) , i had no problem , the delivery price a little bit to much and the time of delivery was to slow for that money ... I paid 25€ and i recieved my order in 7 days for delivery to romania , But was ok , the shoes was exactly what i ordered, and in the final that shoes deserved 73€ . I recommend

After 8 years of buying from them, I won't do so any more

If things go smoothly which, in the past 8 years of buying from them they usually have, it's fine but when something does go wrong, it's nearly impossible to get a satisfactory remedy.

In September of last year, I made several purchases from Monshowroom, among them was a pair of red-gold shoes. These shoes were marked down in the sale and were described as 100% leather. When I received my purchases, the shoes were labelled as leather and textile uppers and you could clearly see the textile showing through the gold colour. I would not have purchased them had I known they were not 100% leather and I contacted Monshowroom via their website to make my complaint. I was told to photograph the shoes showing the label and the underside of the shoes and I was given an email address to send them to, which I did. I received no response to my email and photos and I sent subsequent email reminders.

As my youngest child was only 6 months old at the time, I had limited time to chase this up. Finally, I sent another message via their website in December to find out what was taking so long. Their prompt response stated that their terms and conditions only allowed 14 days during which I could return the goods. I reminded them of my emails sent, as instructed and stated that the delay was not on my end. After much going and froing, I accepted a voucher code of €15 as I figured that price decrease would bring the price down to a level at which I would not feel idiotic paying for shoes that were not 100% leather.

The whole experience put me off, I suppose and so it was only recently that I visited their website again with a view to making a purchase and when I went to investigate the voucher, I found it had expired. I contacted them via their website, thinking it must have been a mistake. They had quoted the time limit when they originally made the offer but I don't think I noticed it. Or maybe I read the year as 2017. In response, I was told that they had no obligation to extend the voucher, given that I had accepted their offer at the time. I reminded them that the total time limit they had applied to the voucher was in fact shorter than the time I had been waiting for a response from Monshowroom to my email with the photos proving my complaint regarding how the shoes were described on the website. They have not budged from this position. According to them, as it was a voucher code that I accepted and not a credit note so they are permitted to put a time limit on it.

After spending thousands on their site over the years I am very disappointed with their stance on the matter. It makes me wonder if their company is in financial difficulty.

horrible, rip-off service

Shipping cost is high, the problem however is that they sent me the wrong items. Upon contacting them about the wrong shipment, they asked me to send back the package at my own charge!! They would not even give me a refund. They said they would issue me a credit. Why would I take the risk of doing business with them again after this costly experience? This is unacceptable service and there's no other word for it but rip-off. Stay away from doing business with this site.

Awful and Expensive Monshowroom experience.

Unprofessional. Purchased a sessun jacket described as white/ecru but received one labelled as beige. Monshowroom argued that the white/ecru was the same item even though it was labelled something else. Refused to refund my postage even though I argued that what was sent was not what was described on my invoice. Very expensive bad experience - total cost of postage to and from Australia approx $180 (Australian) for an item I believe was misrepresented on their site. Will never never buy anything from them again.

Asking for help: How can I contact monshowroom people

Hi guys, I am asking for help to contact monshowroon customer service people. I made an more than 400 euros order from Monshowroom website. They tried to send me the parcel by FedEX delivery company, however, there was something wrong with the shipping that I did not receive my parcel, surprisingly, the parcel was sent back to France. I called FedEX and they said tthe parcel was shipped back to Monshowroom chez Morin Logistics, 28-40 Rue des Chappelles, 38070 Saint Quentin Fallav France Tel: 0033(0)478985050. I tried to contact them via the Tel: 0033(0)478985050, but person who answered the phone says they are not Monshowroom people and I was calling a wrong number. Guys, what should I do? Any valid email address or phone number that I can reach them? I tried to leave several messages their website but they did not answer. I have no choice but to send a return request on the website. Any chance that I could get my money back? Guys, I am really worried about this and hope if anyone could help me. Thanks in advance

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered 2 pairs of boots on 28th December. Nowhere on the order process does it say that if you do not live in France that you need to provide 3 types of proof of address - passport, utility bill and driving licence, for example. I had an email sent to me in French which did not state the 'special' email address I had to use to send the scans of these documents so I replied to the email with the scans, not realising I had to send them to another address. So no order update, no email saying they had been sent - 10 days later I ask where are my boots - WHICH IS VERY DIFFICULT AS THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT REAL IT IS AN ANSWERING PHONE WHICH HANGS UP - YOU CANNOT EVER SPEAK TO A PERSON. You have to do this via a 'form' on the website which takes them 48 hours to reply. I SENT ALL THE DOCUMENTS THEY ASKED FOR to the 'special email address' only to now hear they have cancelled my order. THANKFULLY AS THIS COMPANY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. But now I have to wait 4 days for the refund. So Monshowroom have held onto my £300+ for 12 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A NIGHTMARE!! I will update IF I get my refund in time!!

Never buy from this website

They don't respond to emails, they respond o FB saying don't worry someone will be in touch, guess what no one has, 2 weeks later. Waiting on a refund for a bag since 13/10 another bag I bought at the same time fell apart after 10 days use, but I cna't return it as they're policy is 14 days I'm emailing time and time again to say I need to return it, I've sent photos to show how it is broken and nothing!!!

I've spent thousands over the years with this company, never again, although they have the big brands and labels they don't have the customer service to back it up!
