Bought a pair of Binoculars as a gift after reading reviews on a website that rated the best Binoculars from 2025.

I then saw Trustpilot reviews and attempted to cancel my order before it shipped. Conveniently, it shipped and they said it was now too late. Then my suspicion grew further when there was spelling mistakes in the shipping email also.

After several emails to the company, I am no further on. They said that I should refuse the delivery when it turns up but after reading their website policies, they would charge me further expense if I did this. It seems like any excuse to not pay you any money back and make it extremely difficult. I’ve asked for a return address/the funds I would be entitled to and they have simply just stopped replying now. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank. Fingers crossed.

Horrible product (binoculars that strangely got rave reviews on a birding site). Then when you go to return them you get a ton of email run arounds about how hard it is, and the costs involved (unspecified even after asking) and then refund amounts that go from 5% to 20%. I evertually just took the £23 refund, wrote of the £100 I lost and donated the binoculars to a charity shop. The optics made me feel sick. Awful company, RIP OFF.

Bought a gimbal after reading a fake review. It was introduced as 'As a smartphone gimbal from Iceland, the Monovon Gimbal' Received a cheap Gimbal from China that can be bought for a fraction of the price. Contacted them asking to return it and this is their reply:

. A 15% deduction will be made for cancellations not due to quality issues, and we do not provide return labels;

2. Our return address is different from the address on the package, and we only accept the return address we provide. If you send the package back to another address, we will not be able to receive it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the product without permission.

3. You need to send the product back to Hong Kong, and you need to pay the return shipping fee, customs clearance fee and import country taxes;

4. It is recommended to fill in the customs declaration value as low as possible to avoid high taxes and fees. The customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you, and we will deduct them when refunding;

5. If the package is lost during transportation or is returned for other reasons (such as customs detention), we are not responsible;

Returning is really troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties. Can we provide you with 5% compensation for the order? I hope you can keep the product and no longer issue a return request. Looking forward to your reply.

So they send you a cheap Chinese item and then make it impossible to return it.

Ordered monovan double hands free breast pump. The product was unbranded on arrival which seemed odd. Initially worked well for 2 months and seemed a good product. When the product stopped working contacted as under one year warranty. No recognition product was under offer. Despite multiple emails
No offer of replacement part or repair. Language in emails very unprofessional. Then they stopped emailing. The item cost over $350 - very disappointing given specifically purchased due to warranty.

Despite my clear cut emailed cancellation notice within 2 hours of ordering, Monovon failed to stop the dispatch. My change of mind was linked to a belated look at their terrible Trustpilot reviews.

So I rejected the delivery when it arrived. But after 3 months, I am still fighting to get my original £79 refunded. This is despite an email from Monovon 2 months ago promising me a refund.

This is either total incompetence or fraud. I have now complained to my bank who thankfully, have now refunded me the missing £79.

I ordered the Monovon gimbal after doing some research. When it arrived (from China, which I wasn't expecting as pricing was in GB pounds) it was a completely different brand name and product to the one I had ordered. The one I received is available for £64 cheaper than what I paid!

I requested a refund and got a reply to say that I will need to pay the return shipping to Hong Kong, plus customs clearance fee and import country taxes. They also want to deduct 15% from the refund.

Their final message is "Returning is really troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties." Incredible and somewhat threatening!

I have given them a little info on UK law and will see what they say.

Can't believe I fell for this! Ordered the shaver after reading the "research" on beststech.com and it arrived after 6 days shipped from China which was my first concern. It comes with no branding whatsoever so is clearly just a cheap shaver costing £25 or less. Just to rub it in, the shave is almost non-existent. It's also available on Amazon but with no reviews and a long delivery time. A painful learning experience and straight in the bin...

Do not order from this company, I ordered a skincci breast pump following reading a review from bestechtest.com, when the pump came it was not branded, and broke within a couple of uses. I went back onto the skincci website to find out it was closed. Now on bestechtest.com they recommend monovon breast pump as best. When I went onto the monovon website it was the same pump that I had received from skincci. The company seem to be deleting and renaming the pump brand. It’s a big scam and waste of money.

A fraudulent company- do not buy from them.
I bought binoculars which were recommended by a review website- obviously set up by them. They were advertised as made for outdoor use by an Icelandic company with lots of useful features including connecting with a mobile phone. However, they are actually made in China, they look cheap and lack any useful instructions for use. I’ve been scammed!

Do not buy anything from this company. It is fraudulent.
They set up a scam Sponsored website recommending their products with a link to their website and when you place an order they buy the item from a Chinese company for a fraction of the price you have paid. Ie, they mark up the binoculars 4-500%. It is impossible to cancel your order. I tried to cancel within 15 minutes of placing the order. I was told the item had been dispatched!
Eventually after many emails I raised a Disputed Payment with my bank who refunded me but I assume Monovon were able to keep the payment.
I have learned to never trust a Sponsored review site.

As someone with sensitive skin- I like how smooth this shaver is! No redness or bumps after using it. A big plus for me..!

If I could give zero stars I would - currently seeking legal advice as they refuse to give me the returns address for a faulty pump.

Appalling company.

Fraudulent company. Do not purchase from them. You will not be able to return your poorest quality item. They have no contact number, return address or business registration nr. They should be shut down.

Please please don't buy anything from this company unless you are 100% sure that you know what you are getting. The advertising can be misleading. The main awful thing about this company is the returns policy. They insist you return the product to Hong Kong even though it is mailed from the UK. I suspect it will get lost in transit (as they say on there website this is a possibility!) So u will never see a refund. I am sickened that I fell for it. PLEASE AVOID at all costs!

I bought a pair of 10x42 binoculars to use in place of my expensive great but heavy 10x40 Zeiss bins which because of their weight are better used from a hide.
In my view these 10x42s are amazing value for money. They are lightweight and easy to use with crisp clear optics. The strap, case and camera attachment are lower quality but the bins themselves are very impressive. They will be my main pair on outdoor hikes etc.

This blends frozen fruit perfectly! The battery lasts for 4-5 blends per charge, and it's easy to rinse clean. It is a bit noisy, but that's expected for its size.

cheating company presents cheap Gimbal make as rare expensive brand. I paid £100 for mine which is £25 on Temu.
When asked to return the product, they offered me 5-20% refund to keep the product, but when I asked for 70% back, they never replied back.
I have now raised an complaint through my bank

This company is a fraudulent business.

They say they offer refunds but make you pay 15% if the cost of your product plus customs and shipping fees to return. The product is rubbish and barely works on delivery.

This company is a total scam. I bought a product that was total rubbish and when I tried to send back, they gave me what were almost impossible instruction, telling me I'd have to cover the cost of shipping to Hong Kong minus 15%. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute joke of a company. Tried to arrange return of unused clippers. Sent photos as requested then they said I would have to pay custom taxes etc to send to china, even though none of this is stated in their returns policy. It states a return address in Germany and that you would pay postage costs. They kept emailing back saying we’ll give you 5% off, then 10% going up to 15% as it costs them a lot to have items returned!!!! Never got anywhere with them, looking at other means to get my money back for an item I don’t want - STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, THEIR RETURNS POLICY MEANS NOTHING
