Absolute scammers, I ordered a Monovon gimbal, but a completely second rate and different make arrived and the company has done everything to stop me returning the cheaply made rubbish and claim my money back. They are now not responding to my emails and I am £109 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a complete scam absolutely avoid. Very poor quality products. Their returns policy on the website doesn’t match their requirements when you want to do so. They have basically told me not to return due to all of the fees, taxes etc and the items will be lost on their way to china!

They have offered a five percent refund! For my £270 spend. Currently involved in an email battle. I hope my credit card look more favourably on my quest for my money back!

This pump is a lifesaver for a working mum like me! The bottle could be a bit bigger, but for the price it's much better than the ones you find on the high street.

Brought the breast pump and it is poor quality. A plastic part broke off with first use and the pump is very weak. Would not recommend!

It is a waste of money , they're not working properly and the customer support is not helping you at all , they just ask stupid videos of the pump trying to delay until the 14days for return are passed
I found products that cost less than half and work better

Googled best battery shaver, an unknown brand came top Monovon battery/ rechargable shaver. I was surprised then came the fraudulent scam, can only buy on website still hadn't cottoned on that I was being scammed. Placed my order for what I thought was going to be best in class shaver. Recieved email order placed delivery by Evri. Received another email dispatched from unknown Company, then penny dropped, I had been duped this was a Chinese shaver not top the best in class shaver made in Germany. Then read Trust pilot reviews and other info on Monovon products on internet, O'boy what a complete and utter scam this Company does. Top review shaver not likely its cheap and rubbish. At this stage I was totally annoyed with myself for falling for the con from the very start. But then realise lots of people also are gullable like Me. That's why I have taken the time to put this on Trust pilot. PLEASE DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT LIKE ME AND MANY OTHERS. Monovon products are certainly not top ranking products. DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM.

Purchased a breast pump. Never used it and product was still in a sealed box. Requested a return as per the website was told id need to ship back to china and cover customs costs and import taxes. I pointed out that the returns policy on the website never mentions customs costs and taxes, only that the consumer needs to cover shipping costs. Currently locked in an email battle. Absolute scam, would not recommend.

Stay away from them. Brought the breast pump for £150, complete waste.

The pump hurts and I requsted a refund, but as the pump had been opened, they can't resell so refused my refund. How am i supposed to know the product works well without opening it. First time I've experienced this with any product. Complete and utter nonsense. I wish I had looked at reviews before buying!

Watch out - complete scam and uses fake product reviews but in reality it is cheap rubbish from China. It is impossible to return for refund and will fob you off with 5-10% refund for no return.

This is aSCAM website. DO NOT BUY. The previous name was Skincci. i was scammed out of £89 for a hair clippers. After i discovered the scam from about 3 months ago i can now see that they use the same lie. First you find a website saying this is the best clippers and then you are redirected here. If you pay you may receive some shit product that you can buy from ali express for £16. When you want to return and get your money back they make it imposible to do it as they kept using the same emails and telling me that return is in CHINA and will I have to pay more for shipping it back or agree to 5% of my money back wiyhout returning. The product it self i used 2 times and its now pulling and tugging hair. There are not enough attachments as well. STAY AWAY PLEASE

I stupidly bought some binoculars and subsequently decided to return them for a refund within 14 days.
Monovon advised that I would have to return them to China and pay import taxes etc.

Do not buy anything from here. Customer service is non existent. It is not possible to cancel your order, and the products are of low quality.

The binoculars seem particularly good for £120. I was a bit concerned but really pleased with the quality of the lenses and view.

Recommended as best shaver on comparison sites, best Scandinavian design etc, but I didn't realise it was an unbranded Chinese manufactured item. The shaver is useless so I have resorted to my old Braun. Do not buy, it's a scam.

I ordered a hand held clothes steamer which shows as one of the best top 10 clothes steamers . I had only confirmation of my order but no expected delivery date. I emailed to ask for expected delivery with no reply on 2 occasions. When it eventually arrived the cable is far too short to plug in a socket for use. I sent an email stating I would like to return this clothes steamer as it’s not fit for purpose only to get a reply stating that they didn’t think it was worth returning as postage costs and a further 15%reduction in taxes etc. I paid £99 to this company and asked for the return address they replied if I kept the item they would give me a 5% reduction.
When a company puts Monovon UK I would not think it was coming from China.

Total scam. Ordered an electric shaver from this website after seeing it on a best electric shavers ranking (I assume this was created by Monovon owners). Razor is incredibly poor quality cheap feeling components and very weak. The weak powered razor pulls the hair resulting in bad skin irritation and the shave takes a long time.Requesting to initiate a return and refund and customer service is proving no help. Constantly replying that I need to give it more uses for my skin to get used to it. Complete scam of a company.

I bought a drill after reading reviews on a DIY website. After ordering, the website disappeared. After weeks the drill arrived, and honestly couldn't believe it. Has the power and cheap materials of a toy. Huge scam. Avoid

Absolute scam. I ordered a steam iron which I wanted to return and they sent me a long email about how it's better not to return it, as I would need to send it to China and pay customs duty and import taxes and they take off 15% of the return value for some other reason. I continued to request the return address and return process to which they have not responded to. Avoid avoid avoid
