I agree with others that if I could…

I agree with others that if I could give zero stars I would. Terrible company. Breast pump doesn’t work. When contacted the company I was offered a 5% refund then when I said no they upped it to 15%. Disgraceful. Faulty equipment and arrived unbranded.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I feel robbed of £150. After initial contact and support from Monovon, I am now only recieving automated responses and there is no other way to contact. Terrible, shoddy company.

If I could leave a zero stars, I would.
Terrible product - garment steamer, overpriced cheap plastic. Company offered 35% refund then went back on their offer saying they hadn’t received the funds from the bank when my credit card company assured me they had.
Terrible terrible company would never deal with them again

THE WORST

I have purchased an article, that Im trying to RETURN to get my money back since may 05th. After 26 mails almost daily…since then I’m still receiving automatics mails without any kind of real response. WORST CLIENT EXPERIENCE

I wouldn't even give them 1*

I wouldn't even give them 1*. Absolutely useless breast pump product and service. Company sent product to me 5 weeks late. Then when using it, it worked for a couple of times and then it didn't. I emailed them and have had 15 email exchanges and all they say is we will provide you with a new product. They will not give me their address to send the old product back to and just keep going on about costs. I don't want a new breast pump, just want a refund which they are not willing to give. I would not buy anything from Monovon. They don't understand customer service and their product is badly designed

A complete scam website. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I ordered an action camera from the website Monovon.com. On the website, the images were crisp and clear. When I received the camera, the quality was atrocious. I have tried to return it, but they keep emailing me saying returning is indeed troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties. They have since said I must return the item to Hong Kong and cover the shipping fee, customs clearance fee and import country taxes. This website is a scam. Report this website to Google Safe Browsing, your bank, and your local authorities.

Watch out!

This company is not what it says on the tin. The product was described as coming from Iceland and it comes from Hong Kong. It was not a quality product and when I asked to return it they refused to give me the return details. When I kept on insisting on my right to return they ignored me. I reported them to met bank who are now trying get a refund.

Returns policy states you can return products within 14 days of delivery. They ask you to email and 'request a refund' so I contacted them asking to return it.

They stated 'Our return address is different from the address on the package' and 'You need to send the product back to Hong Kong, and you need to pay the return shipping fee, customs clearance fee and import country taxes. It is recommended to fill in the customs declaration value as low as possible to avoid high taxes and fees. The customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you, and we will deduct them when refunding. If the package is lost during transportation or is returned for other reasons (such as customs detention), we are not responsible'.

They then tried to offer compensation rather than provide the returns address. This started at 5%, increasing to 10% and 15% as I repeatedly asked for the returns address which was not provided.

The returns system is intentionally obstructive to prevent you from returning the product despite the returns policy clearly stated on the website.

Scammers!!

Reading most of these reviews, my story is pretty much the same. I have been trying to return a product for 6 weeks and have emailed them over 20 times , each time asking for the return address. The replies I received every time were the same thing,telling me I must return the purchase to Hong Kong and pay shipping costs etc. I actually replied , that this would be fine , just send me the return address. To this day , they still haven't. Just keep offering me 20% compensation! I also asked them to provide me a copy of where it says the product must be returned to Hong Kong in the purchase agreement. Again , absolutely no evidence

I don't understand with so many bad reviews and them clearly being a scam and breaking the law ( consumer rights) why trust pilot cannot do anything about this? Or can anyone else? My credit card company are looking into it but it makes my blood boil that these low life scammers are ripping people off in a daily basis.
Also, reading the 5* reviews , they are clearly bull!!
I would be very interested to know if anything can be done.
I also wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased my goods.

Please , never ever buy anything from this company. They are scammers!!!

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT – AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

I placed an order on Tulitspot (also appears as Monovon.com) on May 5, 2025, for a hair removal device. Within 10 minutes, I contacted their customer support asking to cancel the order because I had serious doubts about the quality and price of the product. They responded hours later, claiming the item had already been shipped (which is highly suspicious) and offered me a ridiculous 5% discount instead of canceling.

Following their own instructions, I refused the delivery when it arrived. The courier service confirmed that the package was returned to the sender. I also provided the seller with full proof, including the tracking number, screenshots, and our correspondence. They even acknowledged that the item is returning.

Despite that, they refused to refund my money until they "receive and inspect" the item — even though I never touched or received it. It’s been over two months, and I still haven’t received a refund.

This seller is dishonest and manipulative. They delay refunds on purpose and try to wear you down. Based on my experience, their return policy is a lie and their service is a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. You will lose your money, get no product, and be ignored when you ask for help.

Read this before ordering

I bought an electric shaver - it went via Evri courier - Evri so far have lost it - Monovon have literally ignored my emails and made no attempt to help - I hold out hope that Evri will find and deliver but expect to join the others here in trying to get my money back - avoid this company

Scammed

Scammed. The ‘10best binoculars 2025’ is a fake. I immediately saw my error and attempted to cancel the order
but it had already, apparently, been dispatched. I also tried to refuse delivery but Evri ignored my attempts and instructions. They send substandard products and refuse to accept returns or refunds over and over, offering instead a 15% goodwill discount. If returned- there are outrageous shipping and further charges- they warn that items may get ‘lost’ during shipping. Feel so angry but not sure what to do.

Waste of money

Product that I received was not the branded model I had ordered and was very poor quality. When I requested a refund on the grounds that the product differed from the one advertised I was offered a 5% discount which after several emails was increased to 15% if I agreed not to return the item. Then was told they charge £15 plus I would have to pay shipping and customs charges to Hong Kong even though the item was shipped from an UK address. Unbelievable. Avoid this company and do not waste your money.

do not use this company

Website very misleading when it comes to easy returns policy. they do everything they can to prevent you returning something such as taking a 15% restocking charge plus you have to pay to return it to HONG KING and all shipping costs, postal insurance, customs and duty taxes ( unspecified amount) and all the disclaimers about they are not liable if it doesn’t get there or held at customs etc. there’s no mention the products are shipped from HK. i made A very expensive mistake buying from this company and falling for the all the blurb in their mission statement on customer satisfaction.

Awful

Awful! Avoid this company at all cost. Bought the monovon double breast pump and within days of getting it the pump bottles broke and then the pumps themselves stopped working. Shocking customer service which was obviously a template reply. Offered be 10% compensation from a £140 item and if I wanted to return it I would have to send it to China and pay shipping fees, import fees, clearance fees etc and only then would I get a 15% refund. This is a scamming business which I had to notify my credit card company to apply for a full refund as Monovon were breaking their returns policy.

Faulty product // Unlawful Return Policy // Avoid Monovon if You’re in the UK

I purchased a breast pump from Monovon UK after it was promoted as the number one breast pump, a claim that couldn’t have been further from my actual experience.

I received a faulty product, it would stop working within 30 seconds of use, even after hours of charging. I contacted customer support with video proof, and instead of offering a refund, they tried to send a replacement, which I declined, as I had already purchased a working pump elsewhere out of necessity.

When I insisted on a refund, they responded with a list of completely unreasonable demands, including:

1. Returning the item to Hong Kong at my own cost
2. Paying customs clearance fees, taxes, and shipping
3. Declaring the package at low value to reduce the import taxes
4. Accepting that if the item is lost in transit, I would bear the loss
5. A 15% deduction from the refund for returns they claim are “not faulty”. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t be surprised if they falsely claim the item works just to avoid issuing a full refund.

All of this was despite the product being defective, which under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 means I am entitled to a full refund with return shipping costs covered by the seller.

Their actions clearly show they are trying to discourage returns and evade legal responsibilities by creating a process that is deliberately difficult, especially for UK consumers.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially as this was a product intended for feeding a newborn. Monovon’s handling of the situation shows a complete disregard for consumer protection laws and basic customer service standards.

I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this company to look elsewhere. If you have any issues with your order, do not expect a fair or legal resolution.
