FRAUD CAUTION
After my last review, moneymotion told me to contact "compliance", note that I have emailed them a lot on "support" email, however, neither on their "compliance" email, nor on their "support" email have they answered till this day. In addition to that, every time I -ve rep them here, they answer me with a short answer saying to contact them through their "support email" and the last -ve rep I did, and they asked me to send them an email at "support", they have blocked my account directly the next day!
As I can see, they are a fraud company that start perfectly with you, then once you feel good, they start scamming and nothing more!
STAY AWAY!

Frozen Account
I own a software service that generates four to five figures in monthly revenue. My SellHub store is linked to a MoneyMotion account, which has now been locked and frozen without any prior professional notice. This occurred after only two months of operation. I have contacted MoneyMotion support but have yet to receive any information or updates regarding the matter. This action has disrupted my buisness and over the week I have lost a considerable amount of revenue. If this continues I will have no choice but to initiate legal proceedings.

got around 60 euros worth of sales then account closed due to inactivity, tried to email 4 times just got ghosted, and cant cash out until 150 euro :(

Unserious business, avoid them at all costs.
I've been a merchant for 6 years now. Worked with several payment processors (Square, GoCardless, Stripe etc.)
After Sellix shutdown, sellhub including moneymotion arised. I was told by a good friend (who knows the owner btw) that the platform is the way to go.
After reaching deep into 5-digit revenue my account got locked out of nowhere. No E-Mail notification, nothing. I've emailed them now for 5 days straight, not a single answer. My Discord server was full of customer tickets asking why they cant pay and to this day I cant figure out what the problem is.
I have 3000 members willing to buy my services, but Moneymotion decided to not want money for some reason.
Additionally there are a total of four payments which supposedly are chargedback. After getting in touch with these customers, asking why they chargedback, they ensured me that there was no chargeback issued-even offering to show proof through a bank statement.
The owner remains silent, doesnt answer my friend. I even asked him to talk to customer support as he has probably more impact; sadly without effect as he's not getting a single answer.
I've had 6 other merchants sign up through the referral system (my friend has over 10 afaik). Not a single cent was paid through there.
TL;DR - avoid them, I'm going to update this review in case anything happens.

Disabled / Frozen my funds for no reason.
My account was recently reviewed, and was told that I was good to go after they successfully reviewed my account. But I’ve realized that moneymotion has been holding my money and disabling my account from receiving payouts or any withdrawals. I’ve tried contacting them through their support email and sent them numerous amount of emails, not a single response back. I even tried sending it through my second email, and no respond back. Till this day, I have not received any updates or email back about why they have temporarily disabled my account from receiving any payouts / withdrawals.

After emailing them for days, the support remains silent. Customers got money deducted from their cards, but moneymotion shows chargebacks. Customers verified with bank statements, that the chargeback never happened. Had to give out my entire work for free because of the fraudulent activities moneymotion does.

Moneymotion is providing a life-saving…
Moneymotion is providing a life-saving service for me. The only downside is that you can only receive crypto payouts, but it works great for me. I've been using it since the end of April and have always received payouts on time with no issues. Another downside is you can't open multiple shops on your dashboard, which is annoying as I've had webhook issues with creating and using more than one webhook, but I'll probably just use a second Moneymotion account for this instead. Reaching out to their support email isn't the greatest experience as they don't always respond but if that's the case I've just emailed them a second time and usually received a response back after doing so.
If you've had issues with PayPal, Stripe or any other modern popular gateways blocking your business then I highly recommend using moneymotion as without it I would have no other options to accept payments.
