For the past 4 weeks, i’ve been dragging moneymotion’s support team to give me a response, however, no success. My account was closed in early July-August due to an account and compliance review, and I was informed that my remaining funds would be held up to six months before release. Since september 30th, I’ve sent four follow-up emails all ranging on different dates (Oct 8, 9, 16, & 23) kindly requesting transparency on the exact amount being held and the projected balance that will be released, but i have yet to recieve a reply. Keep in mind, I sent it to three of their email domains (compliance, support, & another support email)

It’s extremely unprofessional and annoying to be left in the dark regarding a hold on funds. Transparency and communication should be the bare minimum for a payment processor and in my experience, Moneymotion has failed horribly at support & communication.

All im asking for is a clear and simple confirmation of the amount being held and the timeline of it being released, as stated in their own compliance message. I hope this review finally incentivizes them to make a proper response and resolution.

Money motion support withdrawed $1500 on my account through a crypto known as Polygon (which I never used) and blamed it on me, I told them that the payout wasn't supposed to be possible since your only allowed to do a payout once per week which I had done 2 days prior to this event. The support stole my money, then ignored the emails I wrote to them. This company should be sued!

I am writing this review because there is no support available on the site. The truth is the site is good because of how practical it is, but lately I have lost a lot of money from sales that were not completed because Money Motion rejected them, and right now all the payments I have are being rejected by Money Motion. I hope they fix it, I hope they read this.

I tried to sign up, but it always says "failed to create account" how to fix this problem 😭

I been using moneymotion.io for a very long time now. Monkey keeps disappearing. I cant even log back into my account after months of usage. I had a $120 deposit and I was constantly making good money. Never had issues with them until recently. Now I lost my deposit and my account. Cant even go back on a new account I receive a "unauthorized user" or 404 error when I try to look at my dashboard. I even had my dashboard link saved so it was easy to view. I can't get on my account after they've made so much money from me. I get an order of lets say $800 they taking at least $100-200 from that. So after many months completely just screwed me over.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service. While delays and compliance issues can occur, that’s simply part of the process with what they provide. The reality is that no one else offers a service like this. It’s important to recognize that what they do is highly specialized, and at the end of the day, it’s truly a blessing.

As long as you don’t breach any terms—such as engaging in excessive chargebacks, illegal content, or other violations—you can be assured you’ll always receive your funds. I’ve personally never had an issue in over a year of using them. Thank you, MoneyMotion.

My secuirty deposit is gone?

I had a 120$ secuirty deposit and its not there anymore. Their new website i dislike and i would like to withdraw the money from it.

Please be carefull, My friend who owns a 6figure bussiness got his account locked, and all his funds are gone. When reaching out to support they removed his account and his money is now gone. Please be carefull.

They are complete scammers. please stay away. I messaged them countless times. they closed my account for no reason and are keeping the 120$ saying they will return it after 180. Now that i try to log back into my account it doesnt exist. Its like they are purposely closing these accounts so we don't have a say. No emails reply. I hope someone can look into this and have them arrested.

I have been using moneymotion for only a couple months, and to be honest they paid me on time for the time i used it until now. All my balance, including security deposit has disappeared along with my sales data. I literally have $0 on the site now when it was in the $140 range. My password was also changed on the site which i have changed back. i am unsure what is happening if they have just took my money or it is a site error, i have seen similar stories with people using moneymotion though. I will change my review if this is a genuine error and is resolved

I have been dealing with moneymotion for around 2 years, and they are currently holding over $15,000 of my money. I have made many attempts to contact them about the issue in both emails and the complaint tab of the dashboard, and they have failed to send my funds.

They have terrible customer support, and take weeks to respond most of the time. The few times they do they provide no real help and only give excuses for everything. This is a scam platform, that has trapped my funds with no intention to ever pay me out.

Despite some reviews mentioning delayed or withheld payouts, I’d like to share my own positive experience. Today, I received a payout of over $9,000 that had previously been pending. While it did take some time, the most important part is that the funds were successfully delivered.

Over the past year, I’ve received more than $30,000 in payments from MoneyMotion. In my experience, when issues arise, as they inevitably can in any business, MoneyMotion addresses them, keeps us updated, and ensures payouts are made.

For anyone concerned about withheld balances, I can confidently say that based on my history, those funds do get paid out in full. The company operates with clear reasoning, and patience is often required.

I used the service for a while, yeah sure there has been alot of delays of payouts but at the end of the day the service does work and it does what i needed it to do, the only thing is that it would be cool having a discord server or telegram becouse the email support team is extremely slow, overall i reccomand using moneymotion if you are a small buisness, simply there is a lack of usefull features that are in competitors like paddle, stripe, sumup and some others

Moneymotion.io is a company that delays payouts for weeks leaving merchants with very vague explanations that are constantly changing week after week. Multiple promised payout times on the explanations, when it comes time to pay they have another excuse. Customer support is non-existent and will never reply back to you.

If you cannot afford to wait weeks for a payout, moneymotion is not for you and I recommend you to stay far away. (22 days since last payout)

I have 8900$ locked, they are not asking for any doucement or stuff, they are not talking about anything wtf is going on is that even legal ? Do they have a telegram or discord server ?

Payout has been delayed and delayed for 3 weeks now. Poor transparency from the people running the company and half the time they don’t even reply to you.

they resolved their issues, money has been received.
Could have been handled slightly better then it was, but at least its all resolved now and we can all continue operations.

Edit 2:
it would be great if you could have a discord server or telegram group for more frequent updates and for us to faster discuss issues that we face. As emailing is alot longer process and waiting for a reply

I’ve been using MoneyMotion for a while and honestly it’s been a nightmare. They always delay payouts. My last one was supposed to land on the 15th, then they silently pushed it to the 18th, then to the 22nd, and now suddenly they say their company is “under review” and move it again to the 25th (or even later). No announcement, no proper explanation, nothing.

It feels like they’re holding people’s money hostage on purpose. The fees are insanely high, support is useless (takes forever to reply and when they do, it’s copy-paste nonsense that doesn’t solve anything), and the whole platform looks unprofessional and unreliable.

They also change things without warning. Payout dates suddenly move, fees increase out of nowhere, and you never get a straight answer. Communication is terrible. Instead of being transparent with merchants, they just hide behind vague excuses.

At this point it doesn’t even feel like a payment processor, it feels like a scam operation. They don’t care about merchants, only about squeezing more money and stalling payouts for as long as possible. I wouldn’t be surprised if they never plan to pay at all.

Terrible company, terrible service, terrible experience. If you value your business and your money, avoid MoneyMotion at all costs.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. They are a complete scam and their support is absolutely abysmal. I’ve been waiting over 5 months for the $162 USD that has been frozen in my account. I’ve repeatedly tried to close it down, but they have not allowed me to and have given me no response whatsoever.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from them—they are scammers and an absolutely horrible company to deal with. They also own Sellhub, so avoid both at all costs. Never do business with them.

This is a horrible company, and to this day, I’m still waiting for my money. If you wish me to change this review then give me my money back..
