The man called Zain who I was on the phone to was very understanding and lovely didn’t make me feel ashamed just raleved that I can ginally get my Dept’s sorted

I spoke with ric when I contacted the money advisory service and he was very polite and professional and disnt judge me on my circumstances. Ric explained all the options available to me and we chose the most appropriate. Thanks to him I will now be able to sleep at night again.
