It was nice and a gratifying feeling to be serviced by Jay. He is a "people person". He is tactful; possessed a friendly and respectful attitude dealing and talking with customers. He takes time to explain every detail of your questions and concerns. Fatima simply called to make sure my roofing project was completed and if I was satisfied with the outcome. She also wanted to make sure I didn't need any more of my funding to complete anything else on the project. It was nice to be checked on!
