Seamless remote correspondence and beautiful ring
Jarod at Moissanite Engagement Rings made our experience so easy for us. We don't live in Melbourne, so we couldn't come in for an in person consultation, but Jarod's prompt, polite and friendly email correspondence took a lot of fear out of the experience of designing our ring and having it made for us. We had a specific budget, and they gave us options which fit with all of our requirements and budget. Booking a time to pick up the ring was easy and they allowed us to have a relative pick up our ring after sharing a few details to ensure that it was being picked up by a trusted family member. The photos that have been sent make the ring looks absolutely amazing.

Great experience
Very happy with my experience . Needed my ring within 4 weeks and the ring was ready well before that. I am in love with my ring, it’s perfect and exactly how I wanted it. Jarod was very helpful and supportive in the consultation process. Will definitely be back for more moissanite jewellery in the future , and will recommend to all my friends and family

Fantastic experience
Jarod was great to work with when choosing and purchasing our moissanite engagement ring and wedding band. Two years later the wedding band got damaged, which he repaired and polished for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Lower quality moissanite than promised, bogus certificate
Moissaniteengagementrings.com.au gave me a certificate for a moissanite stone that had nothing to do with the stone I bought and had misleading specs. The stone I received was a lower colour and clarity than what I ordered, and I was extremely disappointed when I discovered their "GRA certificates" came from a bogus organisation. Also, they promised my moissanite ring would be handmade - I discovered it was actually cast. Terrible experience

On grading: moissanite is assessed on its own scale, and every ring we sell comes independently certified GRC certification.
On the setting: Every stone is then hand-set by our jewellers. You can see that process in some of our videos.
