I wish I could give 100 stars! When I first found these guys I was almost certain I was being scammed because the process was just so smooth. I felt like Jarod was happy to create the ring I had dreamed of and didn’t try to sway me one way or another. The result was the most stunning ring ever that I’m asked about daily, at a price that didn’t break us. Since then Jarod has repaired the ring that I absolutely manhandled (it’s too beautiful to take off) super quickly and without making me feel like the fool I am. A billion thanks x

Sourced an engagement ring from Jarod, who was super professional and attentive throughout the whole process. The ring itself is exquisite and exactly how I wanted it. Even with the ring needing to be resized, it was easy to book in an appointment to get a perfect fit after the proposal. I recently also got the ring cleaned which again was a seemless experience. If you are looking for a nice engagement ring, I would 100% recommend Jarod!

Bought an engagement ring from this place and Jarod was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The ring needed to be resized and was fixed within a week with no extra charge even though we passed the period to have it resized for free.
