Wrong item delivered

I ordered a set of Talkng Bathroom Scales last week. You have delivered a Walking Stick???
I have tried calling the London number numerous times and it kicks into answerphone every time. I have left a lot of messages and nobody calls back.
Very disappointed so far.
I have now received a refund in full. Thank you

Wheel chair was too small and had to be…

Wheel chair was too small and had to be returned. A collection fee was paid to Mobility 2you for Fedx to collect but after waiting in all day Fedx failed to collect….countless message left with Mobility2you without reply! Appalling customer service…still have a wheelchair awaiting collection…stay clear of Mobility2 you if you need to return a product and want good customer service. Still awaiting a refund on collection charge! One very disappointed customer that won’t be returning to Mobility2you for any disability aides.

Unfortunately we have very little control over courier firms, even though we attempt to use the best ones. On this extremely rare occasion they have not performed. I did personally speak to you 3 times today. We accept that the service of our courier partner was not acceptable. We will do all we can to get this resolved with urgency and further undue distress. Our track record for returns is extremely good but we do need to review how we manage situations like your better. Once again, thank you for your feedback.

Wheelchair is amazing

The wheelchair was delivered quickly, purchased in addition on same day, the seat cushion a few days later. Seat belt purchased in addition as well from another supplier. Wheelchair i am told is excellent easy to push, glides was word used everywhere, and really comfortable. I purchased for sister who carers look after full time who stated it’s amazing.

The bed we ordered is amazing

The bed we ordered is amazing. Very comfortable and the price was great. A big shout out to Alps who dealt with our online order. There was a bit of a problem with the delivery, but Alps came up Trumps and organized a quick delivery. All shops need an Alps. So helpful and amazing service

Thank you for your feedback. This is a very unfortunate incident which was entirely out of our control. Your order was received late on Tuesday, we dispatched it on Wednesday morning, via Parcelforce. Unfortunately the parcel has been damaged in transit and we will need to liaise with Parcelforce to investigate further. On Monday we will contact you to discuss whether you wish another parcel to be sent out immediately or whether you wish to be refunded. We are extremely sorry for this matter. I must point out that it is extremely rare and that Parcelforce are one of the better courier and delivery companies. Our parcel fault rate is extremely low and rare and the majority of parcels are delivered next day via our Parcelforce service. Never the less we will raise this grievance with them also.

A lot went wrong and is unfortunately ongoing .

A lot went very wrong and is ongoing .I still have not received my Chair bought and paid for 4 weeks ago ,although I did receive the very heavy seat section of it without castors ,and without a backrest that were dumped in a large and extremely heavy Carton ,on my drive with no notification to me they had been left ,therefore found by accident—and now I am expecting the backrest and castors to arrive someday, although again no notification when ,from”Mobility 2 You “,and I am dreading it to arrive ,unannounced, and requiring the backrest and castors ,to be assembled like a DIY unit.

We held the automatic dispatch of this item while you evaluated our delivery and fit options. This did take a very long time. As with all orders of this large product type, we did offer an installation service, which was declined. We also offered to cancel the transaction if the delivery method on offer was not suitable. We are now in communication with your daughter to investigate what happened with the delivery. Two cartons were delivered and signed for and it now transpires that you only have 1 carton. Regardless, we are completely committed to resolving this matter for you and will absolutely ensure that we minimise any further inconvenience and disruption. We will liaise directly with your daughter in the coming days and conclude this matter to her satisfaction.
