I placed an order in January 2024 for 6 items. I followed up as I never received a confirmation email. I received 3/6 items a month later. I emailed back and forth with customer service for 7 months, and they told me a ton of different things: "the items were all delivered, that I'd receive the remaining items, that I'd be refunded for my order, they even told me my order number wasn't associated with any in their system, and that I could pay to ship the items I received back and they'd refund me $14" when my order was $168. The items I did receive were very cheap and didn't fit. I've filled claims through PayPal and my bank. This is absolutely ridiculous - do not order from Mixiedress.

Do not buy from them! After I paid $98 for three dresses and did not receive them in a timely manner, I filed a complaint with paypal. Mixiedress asked me to drop the claim, so they could send a refund. Of course I did not per advise from paypal. Then I received two of the dresses. One the wrong size, one with a hole, and the third has never arrived. In the last email mixiedress.com told me my refund had to be approved. I do not believe a word. Mixiedress is a fraudulent business. Be warned!
