I’m really satisfied with the items I have ordered! At first I was not sure if I should order from this websites or not- because of the less comments of instagram and bad comments on here but I gave it a shot anyway because they have a really cute stuffs for babies 😊 The delivery doesn’t take long- they’ve provided tracking number and all and I ordered it from Switzerland. The qualities are great, and it’s so cute! Would definitely order some more stuffs for my baby from this websites anytime soon! Thank you!

I discovered the brand on instagram and when I saw all the negative comments I was a bit afraid but I loved their style and made the order and everything went smoothly!
The items are beautiful and I received my order very quickly!

Horrible customer service - would not honor a gift card purchased for me. When I pushed back, the owner Esther told me to “never contact them again” - plenty of other brands out there that treat customers with respect and have morals. Based on the other negative reviews, I’m clearly not alone here. Do not shop with them.

I‘ve sent back everything one day after receiving it on my costs. I didn‘t Get the Whole refund cause Customer Service accused me of wearing, washing and changing the clothes that was definitively not true and not possible within one day. Very outrageous Customer service!

Worst Customer Service.
I received a damaged parcel and (of course) sent it back. Had to pay for everything myself. Customer Service is very unprofessionell and is ignoring emails.

I ordered last week a snowsuit and lammy booties for my son and we are very pleased with the quality of the products.We are looking forward to our holiday next week in the snow❄️❄️

Sizing is off!
I ordered joggers and a matching sweatshirt (Enchanté / Bonjour written on it) in a size 62 / 2-5 months for my 11 week old baby.

I couldn’t fit her properly in the sweatshirt! It was really difficult to squeeze her arms through the main part of the sweater because it was too tight. (And she isn’t a chunky baby).
Too bad you can’t leave a review on the website either to warn others..

Please be extremely careful if you’re ordering from this company. I spent a lot of money from here ordering to the UK, weeks after receiving my delivery I received a huge additional bill in the post for taxes. I was shocked to say the least, as the company’s website clearly states that tax is included on every page during the browsing/purchasing process (I have many screenshots saved). I got in touch with customer service from Petit Felippe and my experience with them was horrendous to put it nicely. The customer service representative was unbelievably rude, demeaning, and sarcastic. They couldn’t have cared less about what I was trying to say to them, even though I clearly provided screenshots and proof that the mistake was theirs. I ended up having to speak with the shipping company (who sent me the tax bill) as I was getting absolutely nowhere with Petit Felippe; I provided multiple pieces of evidence showing this company clearly states that ‘taxes are included’ on their website on every page, and they agreed with me so will no longer bill me. I am beyond disappointed and honestly shocked at the appalling customer service received by this company and wish I had never laid eyes on them. I suppose that’s what you get when you buy something from one of these ‘Instagram advertiser pages’ though. Very sad and shocking that they are able to get away with this. I feel totally conned.
