Awful quality, after first use at the moment the good was broken. It was such a waste of money and time . I will never buy again from Mister-Auto.

Helaas hebben wij na het plaatsen van uw bestelling niks van u gehoord ( geen telefoon of email ) om het probleem op te lossen.
We vinden het dan ook zeer jammer dat u wel de gang naar Trust Pilot weet te vinden. U heeft Mister Auto niet de kans gegeven om het probleem samen met u te bespreken en het probleem op te lossen.

Good price,quality and consistent service
I have yet to be disappointed by Mister Auto. They always strive for the best prices, offers abound and they always have delivered in the time frame suggested at checkout. I have been shopping with them for a few years now and the only time I had a small issue with missing stock on an air filter, they solved it ASAP and upgraded my chosen delivery method to DHL express and I got it the next day.
Keep up the good work guys!

Appalling delivery times even when you pay for delivery!
The first time I used them my item never arrived, when I connected them the item was advertised as in stock next day delivery, I was told it hadn't been sent because they where actually out of stock! Which nobody bothered to inform me about for days afterwards so car was sat waiting for parts that where not coming....
I have had to use them again recently as I can't find the car part elsewhere, it was supposed to arrive yesterday and the tracking code does not even work, hopeless, and I paid delivery! Not good when you want your car back road worthy in a hurry. Come on guys!

Good customer service
Paid extra for express delivery, however shipment was delayed and received the package much later than expected, standard delivery would have been free of charge. I called their customer service and they apologized for the delay and refunded the express delivery costs the same day. Quick and correct response!

Normaal gezien wordt er binnen de levertermijn geleverd. Echter, vanwege de gigantische drukte in verband met onder andere Black Friday, Cyber Monday en Sinterklaas en kerst, hebben alle aanbieders en vervoerders in de December maand grootse moeite om het hoge volume aan pakketten te verwerken.
U heeft recent contact met ons gehad omtrent de levering van het pakket hier was iets mis mee gegaan Echter zien wij dat het pakket op 11.01.2019 opnieuw naar u is verstuurd.
We hopen u hiermee voldoende te hebben geïnformeerd.

I am still waiting for the directions…
I am still waiting for the directions to have wrong items sent back to the company and replaced despite an email. It is not a mistake from my side because one of the items was labelled for another car.
