They cancel my order

They cancel my order, despite that fact they charged already. During the night when normal people sleeping they send a link to comfirm in 20min, otherwise they will cancel it, which they did. Amazing. Don't lose time and money

Ziggo is an expensive and arrogant provider.

Ziggo is an expensive provider, which will charge extra the Loyal customer.
The promotions are only for "new" customers!

At the same time, if I want to call them, I need to use 0 900.
Today, I waited more than 30 minutes, and then they closed the line, and I needed to call them again.
And now, Ziggo has just increased the prices.

I am so happy that I can change my contract because obviously, I don't need 1Gbps Internet.
It turns out that 100Mb was enough.
Good Bye Ziggo, and never again.

Don't lose your time and money

Two weeks were waiting time. Zero customer service, and not possible to use your warranty or return a product. Don't lose your time.
Edit. They contacted me, and we fixed the issue.

It`s still 1 star..

It`s still 1 star... A month ago, the office key that I bought it doesn`t work. It`s blocked for some reason!
