Where is my refund

I contacted customer service after waiting more than 10 business for my return to be processed The response I received was it's taking longer than usual to get back to me and if I wanted a quicker response to live chat. I attempted several times today to live chat and it's always unavailable and it I get the email option. At this point I find this process very annoying and I want my money back.

Bad bad bad

I made many attempts to contact them regarding my refund and was not successful until i posted a review on here. I received an email from customer care saying they had processed my refund. HOWEVER it was only for one of the items in the parcel i sent back. So i got $7 dlls out of $43!! I dont understand??? I provided my order number and you can see what i paid for and sent back. I need the rest of my money back this is ridiculous!! Are they trying to rob me ? Its unbelievable that i have to do alllll this to get MY money back.

This company has no idea how to run a business.

Absolutely disgusting customer service,
I have sent about 5 emails now with NO response yet I come on here and see responses from the past few days like "email customercare... and we'll sort it out for you"
What an absolute joke!!
I ordered something over a week ago and paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING, I got an email on the 8/06/16 saying my order was dispatched.. STILL the website is saying "not trackable".So obviously I still haven't received my package and I won't stop until I get a full refund (I will except just a refund for express shipping if I end up receiving my package next week)

I will NEVER be ordering off this poor excuse of a company ever again and I have made sure everyone I know won't either.

If I STILL do not get a response from you (Misguided "customer care") you will be sorry and I will do everything in my power to shut your company down.
Absolutely disgusting Misguided and I am very disappointed.

Disgusting

Payed 12.49 only got 8.49 back apparently admin and postage back.

Wouldn't bother cheap looking and poor quality

Can I get a reply?

I have been trying to get a reply to my emails for about 10 days now, despite the website saying they will get back to me in 24 hours? I have a complaint that I would expect to be answered out of courtesy, and a question about my return that needs answering also. I have even tried to call misguided, and instead of sending just the one email, I waited 2 days, and since that wasn't getting responded to, I sent 3 more emails over the space of about a week, I still have no reply. Very disappointed and certainly wont be purchasing from this company again.

Non delivery, lies, loss of goods and no refund

Honestly, the worst etail experience ever. They use Hermes to deliver who are sooooooo awful it is beyond belief. First it's a day late, then another day, then it's lost, oh no, it's out for delivery, oh no it's not, it's lost. Now it's almost 2 weeks and they've alledgedly sent another one, even though I asked them not to and I asked for my money back. They sent me a 20% discount code, thanks, but now they won't reply at all to emails. The second order cannot be traced and on it goes. Please, do yourself a favour, don't bother, they're hopeless on a massive scale. Hopeless. 😪

bunch of jokers

Absolutely livid with this company. The worst service I have ever received (iv had some bad service) paid £5 for next day delivery and 5 days later I'm still waiting!! Have made numerous complains via email and keep getting told it will be delievered! Seriously don't waste your time and energy ordering from this company you will seriously regret it. They don't have a telephone service probably because of the amount of customer complains they would receive. Will never order from them again.

I used to LOVE AND recommend always, but with recent experience worst I ever had.

I always used to shop on misguided and would have recommended it to anybody but in my recent experience my opinion has changed.
I work awkward hours so I ordered online 2weeks before I needed my delivery. Firstly I was given and incorrect tracking number which I emailed to get sorted but the new number I received also did not track I then waited a few days to see if any updates appeared which didn't happen so I emailed again only to find out it was lost in transit. We reordered my items but much to my surprise the items I had originally ordered had not been sent out. Only one had I again had to email to find out what happened emabd was only then informed it was now out of stock. I was unhappy enough at this point but now I am 2 days from a Christmas party with nothing to wear and the fault is with misguided as they guaranteed next day delivery and it would reach me by the 1st of December, which did not arrive I waited one more dya I hope it was just delayed. With no luck I emailed AGAIN only to find it won't be here until the 7th. I was lied to again and again. I asked for some action to be taken and all I received was an automated apology. They have not even bothered to reply to my message to try sort something or too give me any kind of a proper solution. I would advise nobody to buy for big Christmas events as they could be left in the same situation as I am

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! ITEM WILL NOT GET TO YOU IN TIME

SCAM!Unfortunately, I didn't look into the reviews about this company before buying the product or else I wouldn't have ordered anything. So far all the reviews I've read are bad and everybody seems to be complaining about delivery issues. I haven't received my order either and I am not expecting to, I just hope I can get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

So far so good

I've ordered a few times,some were excellent some were too big or the colour too bright but still wearable .I am satisfied so far and will nevertheless order once again.

Ignored by Customer Service Deliberately !

I made an order (109000253) in NY on June 11th to arrive in 3 days - as my other orders have done. I happened to check on 13th June in NY as I was browsing through other items and saw that my June 11th order was 'On Hold'. I contacted Misguided and they said that sometimes random accounts are flagged and that I needed to send in a Photo Id as well as Proof of address in the form of a Utility Bill. I did this immediately. After 2 hours, my order was still on hold, after 6 hours it was on hold, 1 day later it's still on hold. Customer Service who typically responds to me in minutes, have refused to reply to me despite 4 emails. I have a flight on Tuesday for which I was hoping to get the items but no one has responded to me about the On Hold order or about when I will get my items (my credit card has been charged the $298.00 by the way)

I truly believe that I am being targeted and ignored by Customer Service deliberately due to a complaint I made about their website a few days days ago which showed one price is one screen but another price at Checkout. I even showed them all the screenshots of the items in question and refused to just accept 'the check out price is the correct one'. Unfair trading practices are not acceptable in the US. I can't think of another reason why they are suddenly giving me the run around on the new order. And of course, there's no phone contact. Really poor customer service. I am still awaiting info on my order.

Still yet to receive a replied email about delivery of my items that's im waiting for.

It's been 5 days now since I've paid for my items, also paid for express shipping, I have received a confirmation email saying the payment has been recieved and to wait for another email to say it has been sent out. 5 days later no email, so I emailed them... Still no reply. I need this outfit in 2 days hence why I paid the express post. I would rather a refund than an explanation.

Should have read the reviews first...

From the reviews I'm reading other people have been waiting longer than we have although it say's 10-15 business day's I was hoping at least 10, tomorrow it will be 10 and obviously like most others, I was hoping I'd have this dress here in time for my daughter to wear to family wedding coming up. It doesn't seem like this will be the case, I don't buy online often, so it has kind of put me off future online shopping. The clothes are beautiful, but I'm starting to view the pro's and con's and so far it's worth spending extra cash in the shops when you can actually walk out with your clothes in your bags instead of hoping and praying the mail is coming... like watching grass grow. I have a busy family and lifestyle this seemed convenient at the time. Looks like I'll just have to make time to go the mall like everyone else.
