I received an email to say my parcel…

I received an email to say my parcel was delivered yesterday evening and left in "a secure location" even though I was at home and the dreaded Hermes courier again did not ring the bell. I have checked my whole premises and there is nothing here. I can't get hold of anyone at misguided as the phones are engaged all day long and the help website is useless......and the Hermes website is just ridiculous to even attempt to use. I want my parcel which i paid next day delivery for and i want to know what happened to it!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could give them 0 stars if i could

I could give them 0 stars if i could. this is the first time I have been frustrated by an online clothing company to even write a review. Their delivery service is so bad and their 24/7 help line doesn't help you with anything except repeating things you already know from their website. I ordered express delivery but it didn't deliver for almost a whole week and when i asked them for a refund, they are blaming dhl for their service. Moreover, they find a reason to not give you a refund. should have looked at the reviews before ordering from them. i have never experienced such hassle with online shopping

I love misguided

I love misguided, treated myself to the unicorn next day delivery for just 9.99 a year and have saved myself a fortune already. The quality of clothes is better than the high st and other online clothes shops. Always packed well, arrives on time, five stars all round 🌟😁

terrible delivery service

i ordered a pair of shoes with next day delivery, i got no email from the company to say they had been shipped or a tracking number. i received my package 4 days late and only got it because i had messaged and messaged their support team.moral of the story if you need something within two weeks of buying it you're pushing your luck!

Excellent service

Excellent service.
I ordered several clothes from them for a trip away. One item arrived damaged and I had to return some others as they didn’t fit. The process of returning the items was easy and the arrangement for a replacement item was easy and the new item was with me within 2 days one of which was a Sunday! I thought this was excellent service and the refund of the other items happened swiftly and was in my bank account with in days.

I received my order quickly and for the price, I expected cheaper quality material. Everything I received felt like good quality. I've gotten many wears out of all the clothing.

Pleasantly surprised with my order

Pleasantly surprised with my order. Ordering online is always a huge risk for many factors (clothes being the perfect size, shipping, you know the deal). I've had terrible experiences ordering from outside the US, BUT this order/company shipped to me in 2-3 days and it was over the weekend. Material was all very good quality for the price I paid and all my items fit extremely well besides ONE thing (which again I'm totally okay with because sizing is difficult ordering online.) Thank you so much Misguided, I will be a happy returning customer!

Ordered from misguided for the 1st time…

Ordered from misguided for the 1st time this week and checkwd out as a guest and then had trouble creating an account. Had an online chat with RIA who was amazingly helpful. Sorted out the issue quickly and explained the full process re me delivery. You receive constant emails telling yoi at what stage your order is and i have to say im extremely impresssed with the site and the speed at which u get ur items. A BIG thank you to Ria for all her help too!

Missguided is AMAZING

Missguided is AMAZING

I used to shop online with other stores, but now I only use the Missguided website - I don't shop anywhere else anymore!
I think I've placed about 40 orders in the last 2 years.
Excellent website, easy to use, delivery is FAST, returns are processed and refunded quickly.
Customer service agents are very helpful for any issues.
Most of the items I have ordered are good quality, the sizes do come up a bit small, but EXCELLENT online shop!!

I purchased a costume online which was meant to be delivered next day, unfortunately my parcel was lost.

I spoke to Anjana on the misguided live chat and she was very helpful and gave me a quick response and resolution to my problem, as I understand these things can happen. She was lovely and extremely helpful which she then gave me options of a refund or to be redelivered. Thanks anjana for sorting out my issue very promptly, amazing service.

Would give five stars to Anjana for her service.

Hard to get a refund.

I returned a shirt the day after receipt as it did not fit correctly. The shirt was receipted back quickly via Hermes and Missguided confirmed a refund would be paid. A WEEK later I had an email saying the shirt smelled of perfume and could not therefore be refunded. Seeing as I tried it on for 30 seconds I find this hard to believe; also why the delay between goods receipt, confirmation of refund and subsequent overturn of refund. I won’t be using this company again.
