So far so good

I've ordered a few times, some were excellent some were too big or the colour too bright but still wearable .I am satisfied so far and will nevertheless order once again.

Mercy is fab.

Had a big issue with delivery (4/5 items robbed from my order by the delivery service) which was quickly dealt with by Mercy on the live chat. I even got a £15 off code alongside the items being delivered tomorrow!
Let's hope it all comes in the bag this time!

Disappointing

I liked the clothes but honestly does not reflect the price. It feels a lot cheaper than what you are paying for. Also had similar issue with colour, the joggers look yellow and not beige. False advertisement, will be returning.

Mix up with colours

I really, really like this website and the clothes. The sizes are great and quality good BUT they do need to sort out they're colour descriptions. I recently ordered a pair of 90s oversized joggers in Beige and they looked lovely in picture but I was disappointed when they arrived because the colour was baby yellow. Yellow and beige are 2 completely different colours! I thought I'd made a mistake when ordered but when I double checked the number it came up as beige so why are they yellow? I don't know if it's a glitch on the pictures on the website as I know online colours can vary slightly or if they've got the items numbers all messed up. Either way I didn't get beige joggers. It's a shame because everything else is great with them but they do need to do something about the mixed up coloring issue. Other than that everything's good. Delivery good and customer service good so far.

Ordered 1 pair of ivory Faux leather legging split hem R9346343

Order Number 145903334

I ordered one pair of Ivory Faux leather leggings split hem R9346343, I received a pair of Stone Faux leather leggings split hem, when I searched the item number it came up with the ivory legging.

I Then spoke to someone on the live chat about my order, I was asked to take a picture of the item I received as send it to them, I was then asked to return the item by post for replacement or refund.

But while I was typing out a message trying to explaining about the item number and colour that was incorrect as I had searched the item received and it was the same item I had already ordered, so a stock problem!
The chat was then suddenly ended by the customer services representative, with a message saying I haven't heard form you for a while (2 mins at most) As a result of this I was unable to respond with my concerns.

I am now stuck with a pair of legging that was meant to be a Xmas present.

I will never use this company again, the worst most unprofessional and rude company I have ever come across.

Poor material quality

The clothing material is usually quite poor and it’s common to get clothes with rips

Fair quality

Fair quality, in reality the items don’t look like on web. More cons than pros. You pay delivery charge and post office expenses in case of return.
Delivered on time. Would not order from them again.

Excellent Standard of Clothing

Receipt through email straight away. Gave me notice of when clothes were coming. Excellent standard , exactly to picture . I am going to keep buying off Misguidedclothinguk.
Ignore any bad comments. They are excellent

Amazing fast delivery

Have recently been buying a few things from misguided and I have to say, they’re amazing”. They dispatch your items almost straight away and I’ve been getting my items the next day”. Everything I’ve brought has been good quality and the right sizes. I’m very impressed :) unfortunately the app doesn’t work when it comes to checking out so I’ve had to use my laptop to buy things but a part from that, everything else has been really good 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Not impressed

They were offering all NHS staff a special discount code so I decided to use this to treat myself. Delivery was quick but when the item arrived it didn't suit me so unfortunately I had to return it. Now working in a hospital I currently don't have time to return the item myself, the post office has reduced it's hours and I work long hours so I opted for the parcel to be collected from my home.

I bagged it up and left it in the back garden which is easily accessible. It was left in a safe place but being out of the house for long hours I did not feel safe leaving a note on the front door for the courier. I just hoped the courier had enough good sense to check the back. Unfortunately not. For a week the item wasn't collected. I contacted Misguided and was told different things. One person told me collection had been attempted but no one was home so the courier obviously wasn't clever enough to check the back despite it saying on the Hermes website to leave the item somewhere safe which would not have been possible had I left the item at the front. Another agent told me collection had not been attempted at all and that the courier would make three attempts none of which appear to have been successful. I then tried to use a different route to return the item but none of them were suitable, the Hermes collection points were not convenient or close and with working it made it difficult. Under normal circumstances it would have been fine but with the current situation I simply did not have the time. Having the item collected from me was the most convenient way for me right now. I was told to simply go on the website and arrange another collection which I have done so. So now I will wait and see if my item is collected this week although I'm not holding my breath.

Never before have I wanted to get rid of an item so much. I was conscious of the fact that I was running out of time to get a refund but credit to Misguided they have actually refunded me before the item has been collected. Now if only I could get rid of the damn thing it would be helpful. This has taken time I don't have and stress I don't need. It shouldn't be this hard to return something.

I was going to use the NHS code to simply pick something else but don't think I will bother now.

I paid for next day delivery two days…

I paid for next day delivery a few days ago, it is day 5 today and I still don't have my order. Worst thing is it says I haven't paid yet even though the money was instantly taken out of my bank account. They sent me an email saying I should choose a password so I can track my order, well I did and guess what, it says I have no order. I have tried emailing and calling yet nothing. It's been 5 days and no response to any of my emails. I do not know this company but I hope they will have the decency to refund my money for the next day delivery I paid for, and or refund me for my order that has clearly not been delivered yet. Horrible, horrible, horrible, experience. One would think they have ghosts running the page.
Missguided my order number is 138938443, kindly proceed with issuing me a refund as I am no longer interested in receiving anything from you lot.

I've paid for next day delivery it's…

I've paid for next day delivery it's now going to be 72 hours later, and the order has not arrived. Tried to use the contact form on the website it does not work, where is my order, tracking stated a road was closed yesterday morning (really is it still closed), why have I paid next day delivery?? Also someone should be contacting me via Facebook,in an hour that was hours ago?? Wil my order arrive, if not how so. I get my money back and the delivery fee?
