The frames were really pretty and affordable. Unfortunately the right eye keeps popping out, it's been such an inconvenience. There were times it'd fall on the floor and I'd need to reset it.

What kind of dispatch rider do you guys…
What kind of dispatch rider do you guys use, he got here and started spilling out all sort of abusive word if this is my first time ordering glasses on mint I will say your service is bad but I want to believe it's the dispatch riders fault. You need to vet your dispatch riders appropriately before it too late for the business.

Good afternoon
Hello mint, I eventually made the order for my glasses(truth gold).
I have to say making the order was seamless but the process of delivery wasn’t nice.
I placed my order on Sunday 11th and I just received my order yesterday. The parcel was pressed although I don’t blame mint for that but the parcel was missing somethings;
-Glasses screws(was later told on Instagram it wasn’t available again)
-Blue light test kit ( was told it was probably missed by mistake on Instagram)
Also the glasses,pouch,case and fiber cloth was looking dusty.
I was quite disappointed because I have been looking forward to order.

I cannot see with glasses
I ordered a varifocal pair and went for a mint recommended eye test at eye doctors. My glasses returned out-of-spec. I cannot see far or near with them. I can only read. This is not what I ordered.

I have never been so comfortable…
I have never been so comfortable ordering for stuff online before as I was with mint eyewear and they exceeded my expectations, right on my doorstep, right on time. I am a pleased first timer and I will surely be using mint eyewear products from now on. I suggest you look into your app, it was so difficult to navigate, it didn't suggest the lens cleaning spray and so I didn't include it and I regret that.
