Super easy to navigate this site

Found Mint and Lily on Facebook. Was hesitant about purchasing, but after seeing all the beautiful jewelry and their fair pricing I decided to purchase four bracelets! Two are photo bracelets for my daughter and I for her new baby boy and my first grandchild. Their pricing is fantastic and everything is so pretty. They also gave me a coupon to make a future purchase which was greatly appreciated. I am awaiting my purchases which I am sure will live up to my expectations and the pictures on their website. Very easy to order, shipping seems fast.

I've purchased necklaces for my sisters before and love them! They all love them. I also purchased some bracelets for myself and love those as well. The website is very easy to navigate and find what I want and need. Thank you!

I ordered a necklace from Mint & Lily less than 6 months ago. I don't know if it's tarnishing or if the plating is coming off, but it looks really bad now. Jewellery wipes and cleaning solution have done nothing to help. Very disappointed in the quality of this necklace for the price I paid. Like I said I have been wearing it for less than 6 months.

Easy ordering good quality love jewelry

Do not be deceived by their photos and description of their jewelry. have seen their ads numerous times and liked their items, however the experience has been less than marginal. I ordered the dual loop earrings and the first ones I received were unmatched earrings so you couldn’t wear them. The biggest disappointment was the size. Looking at their website photos and the ones I got were totally different. They were so small I couldn’t even fit them on my ears. The quality is not quite there. Customer service was pleasant and agreed they could do a better job on clarifying the sizes,etc. they sent me a new pair. Received the new pair and one earring was bent and neither one would clasp so they just hung open.

Very disappointed and will not order from this site.

I really wouldn’t recommend this company. A couple things happened that left me feeling a little cheated. Firstly, when I received the first 2 out of my 3 products, I found them much more flimsy and small in person relative to how the pictures make them look, but I was ok still keeping 1 product. I tried to return the other and customer service gave me such a run around to just accept store credit. I will admit, customer service was extremely prompt in their responses which I really did appreciate, but I also found they give the runaround to get a refund. Next, my 3rd product arrived broken. I sent in a pic and requested a refund and almost immediately, they apologized and submitted a replacement order. Again, while I really appreciated the quick response, I did not want a replacement. I now knew that the quality of these products are NOT worth the price and I wanted to return and get my money back. I tried to request this AND address the fact that I do not want to shop here with the store credit from the previous item, but I was completely dismissed and ignored and now forced to order something so my $70 doesn’t go to waste. That’s just dishonest and a poor way to treat customers. Especially since the quality is so poor. I’ve ordered from similar type websites and had far better experiences. I just wanted to give this one a try, as their online selection looked really nice!

UPDATE: emailed the email listed below in the company’s response, only to be answered by the same customer service rep as before who said “ That decision is final and won't change with further requests, so we won't be responding on this point again.”
It’s obvious they are responding for optics only and won’t actually do anything they promise. Proves my point that they are a dishonest and poor company.

I love your products and service is great

My firs order bracelet had a clasp that wouldn't click to close. I emailed customer support - within 10 minutes there was a replacement ordered with no charge. Customer service is wonderful.

This is my third order love the quality

I was gifted a birthstone bracelet for Christmas and gradually it began to tarnish. Emailed customer services and the response was immediate. After sending photos, a replacement was on the way within 10 minutes. Great customer service, with a mention of Gina. The bracelet is lovely, I would definitely buy from this company again
