6.5 mm Moissaint…earrings
I ordered the 6.5 mm Moissaint “diamond” earrings. They arrived in a timely manner, however, the flimsy cardboard packaging from Fed Ex and Mint and Lily was very very poor. By just throwing the earrings in one M&L’s faux pkgs did not protect them from being slightly damaged . The stem on one of the earrings was severely bent at a 90 degree angle. I make jewelry so I was able to gently move it to the straight position without breaking the stem. It’s just disappointing that $140.00 gets you cheap items. Will certainly be hesitant to order from Mint and Lily again.

I have ordered about 15 pieces of this jewelry over the past year and I love them all. Their customer service is also amazing! Any issues I’ve had have been corrected immediately. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a company that stands behind their products so easily. I’ve gifted quite a few of the items and recommended this whole line to my friends.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. If an item doesn't fit and you try to return an exchange, they refuse to refund your original payment method and force you to take store credit instead. They make it nearly impossible to get your actual money back and do not follow standard customer-friendly return practices. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the name necklace I purchased broke within a month of having it (and wearing only a handful of times). I reached out to support via email to request a refund since I now need to purchase a new one from a more reputable brand. They responded saying “a refund isn't something we can do in this situation, and that won't change with further requests” so their “100% customer satisfaction guarantee” is untrue.

Terrible quality and customer service
Terrible quality and customer service. Purchased 2 items from Mint&Lily; a necklace and earring. The necklace looked tacky and the earring backings didn't even fit the earrings. It was an immediate return for me; or so I thought. This began a month long process of me trying to get my money back. Customer service kept telling me the return was processed and I will be receiving money soon. When I didn't see the return after a week, I emailed them only to find out they forgot to process the return and I will be getting return this time. Nope. This went on for cycles before I got fed up and processed a claim with my credit card company.

Beautiful but doesn’t last
I like they’re designs I have bought many. But the gold wears off within a few months.?when I have returned the product they either refund my money or send me a new one. I know the jewlery is gold plated. And eventually wears off but that seems too soon. Anyways, I like their jewelry, but I don’t like the fact that it wears out so soon I have not bought from them for sometime due to that fact, I hope that they are able to fix the problem because I want to go back to them and buy more beautiful jewelry.
