I purchased a 3 mm tennis necklace from mint and Lily, when I received the necklace, it was beautiful, but when I wore it, it turned on its side, regardless of how I put it on. I contacted the company and told them how disappointed I was, they informed me because of the square shape of the setting, the stones were set in that this was a characteristic of this necklace. I researched long and hard to find a tennis necklace that would not do this and totally wasted $49 on a necklace that I could not wear. They guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, but because I was past the 30 days they would only give me a $15 credit towards another piece of their jewelryDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, SUBSTANDARD, do not waste your money.

Janelle, this is not the experience we want anyone to have, and I'm sorry the necklace didn't work for you. A necklace that rotates sideways regardless of how you put it on is one you can't actually wear, and we should have done more the first time around.
