could not recommend minifigs enough
minifigs customer service was amazing with resolving the issue i initially had with my order.
originally, when i placed my order, i chose it to be delivered with yodel. i had to contact yodel numerous times in order to attempt to receive any form of update about my parcel (as they had randomly marked it as delivered) to which they did not know at all where it was and believed it had been lost. this took multiple weeks of back and forth with them to resolve nothing.
however, i contacted the company minifigs directly in desperation to see if anything could be done. not did they only immediately get back to me, but they also sent out a parcel (free of charge) with next day delivery in order to replace the one id lost to allow it to come in time for the special occasion that it had been bought for.
i cannot thank them as a company enough. i really do recommend them for any personalised special occasion gifts.

The minifigures were so cute!
The minifigures were so cute but just to be aware that they come glued together so you can’t swap the torso/legs/head with other pieces. Apart from that, bought 3 different orders with the company and had a great experience with the company each time. Delivery was quick and very happy with the product!

Exceptional customer service
Designed a mini figure for a birthday present, unfortunately a delayed and then lost parcel with first courier . A replacement for my order was quickly arranged with express delivery with a different courier meant I got the mini guy really quickly.

Shipping issues and preachy material
Package originally couldn't be delivered due to limitations in the checkout's address lookup (can't manually type in apartment number). I had to reach out because the company didn't even tell me that happened, I only found out it was returned to sender via the tracking info. Then when it finally arrived, it came with preachy Jesus crap. Minifigs are pretty alright but this was an wild experience overall and I won't buy from them again.

I am not sure what you mean about the 'preachy' stuff. We don't send anything with the order other than a flyer that explains how best to look after the figures. If something was placed in there that shouldn't be please let me know.
