great quality
I’ve bought 5 or 6, maybe even 7 items from them so far and it’s been fantastic. You get an email when your item is with Royal Mail and a tracking number.
The quality of the bugs are great and the frames are perfect too.
I’ll be adding more to my collection every month.

Lack of communication!
Two butterfly boxes were ordered by my son for my husbands 60th birthday. Both were due to be delivered on 3/4 - before my husbands birthday. One has just been delivered (11/4) and no explanation given as to the whereabouts of the other.

Ive had a look into this for you.
There seems to be a couple of culminating issues here.
All our products are hand made to order. Our production time is 7 working days due to drying times. We don't advise a delivery date. We advise a dispatch date.
It seems the 4 day bank holiday closure was in the middle of your production time so the 3rd that you thought it would be delivered on, was only the 5th working day of production.
Your order was also slightly delayed because we emailed your son on the 4th to advise one of the specimens wasn't of acceptable quality. We held the order waiting to hear from him to see if he wanted to choose something else. When we didn't hear back after a couple of days, he was refunded and we would have provide a note in the shipment.
Im sorry if we let you down on this occasion.
Excellent quality
1st time I used this company, the quality of the goods is excellent. I bought a beetle for my daughter and she loved it. Very well presented.
