I have been buying my silver jewellery from Milly Grace since 2019 where I discovered them due to the gorgeous giraffe huggies. Almost every earring in my ears is a milly grace piece, (I have 9 ear piercings) . I decided to look at the website, added a few items to my basket noting how expensive they had become, even in the sale, only to notice that the silver items, despite being called silver are actually all just stainless steel!! It's a good job I checked the materials tab.

These are ridiculous prices for stainless steel! All I can assume is that businesses is poor and they've had to cut costs, trying to sell the cheap nasty jewellery as tarnish free! News flash, silver rarely tarnishes, and if it did you just clean it with a silver polishing cloth.

I make hammered silver jewellery I know how much it costs, even if theirs was silver, it's overpriced. There is no excuse trying to trick people by labelling jewellery as silver when it is not!

Avoid! Such a shame.

Incredible customer service! My Order was meant to be delivered on a Monday and by Thursday nothing had turned up. I emailed the team to see if there was a way they could track my order on their side as it had just been sat in the sorting office from what I can see. They were straight on it and gave me an update that it should be with me the following day - if it wasn’t I should contact again. Low and behold the package still didn’t arrive. Aimee helped tremendously and my earrings finally came by the following Monday; everything was perfect.

This kind of service makes a customer want to come back! I know this won’t be the last time I order thats for sure - thank you for having such a wonderful team!

Wonderful company with beautiful jewellery and fantastic customer service - I had an order issue which they resolved immediately and ensured I got the jewellery I love. It feels like a company that not only has very high quality products but also run by people who are genuinely caring and keen to ensure you have the best experience! Fantastic company with excellent customer service and beautiful jewellery. I wanted to exchange something (not because I didn't love it but because I was bought two of the same item) and this whole process was made much easier by excellent communication with the team, they were so helpful. I am excited to receive my exchange pieces, highly recommend this company if you are looking for affordable but high quality jewellery.

I have brought so many pieces from Milly Grace, not just for myself but friends and family as well. Recently had a problem with a pair of earrings I brought for christmas, spoke to Aimee who quickly sorted the problem for me, thank you Aimee! I ordered a matching necklace and bracelet which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately although it was very pretty it was not quite right for me. I sent this back it did take 10 days before I received my refund but having emailed them asking what has happened they found out it went to the wrong warehouse ( may I add not my fault the post office put the label on ) anyhow once they found this I was paid my refund the same day so I would recommend using this site they have some lovely jewellery and really good service

I came across Milly Grace on Instagram and put in a request for a couple of pieces for my birthday. The jewellery is so beautiful, and when I had a query about a pair of their earrings, they responded the same day via email and were so kind and helpful. I will definitely be buying more from Milly Grace in the future! What a fabulous brand.

Lovely ear rings and necklace..they are really good quality and I love how you can swim wearing them. I had a small issue with delivery and this was dealt with very quickly by the friendly customer service person. Very happy and I am sure I will be back to buy more ☺️

Received for Christmas, they earrings are okay. They seem a bit cheap and flimsy for the price tag.

I found Milly Grace by accident when looking at jewellery by edge of ember. And boy am I glad I did! Because since I started buying MG, I’m now on 38 items I’ve purchased & then a few gifts I’ve had too. The designs are just great & they change, which I also love. The quality is fabulous & the price… nothing to complain about when you’re getting good quality, versatile & beautifully designed jewellery. I warn you… it’s hard to not become addicted! I was lucky enough to receive a refund on my order in their Boxing Day draw, which was an amazing surprise! I love the gold hoops which are exactly the right size for my ears, love that I can use them whilst in the gym, sleeping etc. I also bought the T bar gold necklace which is beautiful. Customer service was prompt and friendly when I contacted to enquire about the refund. Delivery was quick. Beautiful jewellery. Thank you so much 🙏

So happy with the earrings! I’d just about given up trying to wear earrings because every pair would make my ears sore and gunky. I’ve been wearing these for weeks now- no problems at all. They are really cute too.

My daughter had a Milly Grace necklace on the top of her Christmas present list - it was very popular, and showing as sold out, but the company found one in stock and arranged a very swift delivery. Hugely impressed with the customer service and communication and the necklace looks lovely.

I ordered the gold dainty choker necklace and I love it, really gives me a little bit of sparkle on my runs and in the gym. It doesn’t get in the way or irritate me when I’m training. Absolutely lovely thank you!

Took about 3 weeks for my order to arrive (not the 3-5 days delivery as stated at checkout), with no communication in the meantime, and unfortunately, one of the huggies has already broken when I was removing it. Real shame, because when they finally arrived, they were lovely.
