I had a very positive experience with Chris Smith, when he came to fix my bathroom shower screen. Smith took his time and did a very neat job. I will give him 10/10 for his excellent job.

Had the same tech a few times for different snags he’s always professional and does quality work. Always willing to go above and beyond. The Techs name is Chris Smith I am always happy when it’s him that turns up because I know the job will be done right.

I reserved a plot 57 Roman Croft, for a number of reasons the reservation has been cancelled. A deposit of £150 was paid which is a refundable deposit. When we cancelled the reservation we asked for the money back, Charlotte emailed in response and stated she would ask head office to sort. We now have no response from site or customer care. Just be warned that they are quick to take and go deaf when its time to give back.

Well organised and scheduled for the contractor to turn up on specific day and complete repair works to internal doors.

Sam Taylor arrived on time, completed the job to a great quality fixing all issues with no problems and had no issues with the scale of the job. Even brought to our attention a little fault with the front door that he fixed on site at no additional expense.

We recently bought a house on the Mill Chase Park development, and Sue was our sales rep throughout the process. She was friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer any questions we had. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went as well as possible. We’re really happy with our new home and would like to thank Sue for all of her help. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Sue and the Mill Chase Park team.

We had a great experience buying our home with Miller homes. Andy and Jo in the Rainford office have been great throughout. They are both really warm people who care about your experience. They went the extra mile to make the experience as smooth as possible and get us into our home. They were able to advise and problem solve where needed. The home quality is brill and we are overall happy with the home. Some minor snagging as expected but this is being addressed promptly.

The team on the site are great too, Liam and Jack have been friendly and are passionate about their job ensuring the homes are done to a high standard. Sarah has been helping us now that we are into the home and is really approachable and helpful. She has been a pleasure.

Overall we have had a great experience and would recommend the site to everyone.

We reserved a home on Lunts Heath Rise In Widnes. We thought it was perfect for us however, after reservation there were repeated incidents of police attendance and antisocial behaviour. We complained to Miller as having an agreement for a £459,000 home, we were concerned.

Following repeated incidents we were told it was in hands and being dealt with. We joined the social media group for the estate. This was not the case. Repeated incidents occurred of police attendance.

We went back to Miller and asked for a substantial package given the situation. We did not ask for the sale of the house to be reduced, merely a package that could help and in the event of selling due to this behaviour we wound be in a better position. Miller came back on several responses defending themselves and not helping.

Imagine spending £459k on a new home and the neighbours causing repeated police attendance. Miller are standing their ground and not helping. I am more than happy to disclose emails from their sales managers and directors. We recently went to an options meeting and was asked to provide feedback. Deb was amazing - a clear asset to this company. What was missing was any conversation about our concerns. We attended the meeting and absolutely nothing was discussed regarding our concerns regarding a £459k sale - truely call me 07803829342

Had some settlement cracks repaired today by a very friendly and helpful Technician called Mark Seaton. He was very helpful, efficient and very tidy. He went above and beyond to help me and has done a great job.

Massive thank you to Craig. Was booked in at 0830 but due to my circumstances I had to change the timing significantly. Craig was completely flexible and re booked the appointment at 1300hrs. No issues what so ever.
He completed the task on my door with minimum fuss and in detail. A friendly bloke who obviously takes pride in what he does!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Miller Homes so far. As first-time buyers, Annabel has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through every stage of the process.
We had our options meeting today with Debbie, who was equally lovely. She was extremely thorough and made us feel confident in the choices we were making.

Mark and Minde arrived on time and commenced the list of tasks. Work completed was really good, and both were helpful when discussing issues and arriving at solutions. Thanks for your help.

Craig the technician was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, he provided the best service I’ve ever experienced. He arrived exactly on time, was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional throughout, and immediately put me at ease.

Craig was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the work being carried out. His attention to detail, efficiency, and the quality of his workmanship were exceptional, and it was clear he takes real pride in what he does.

Nothing was too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about delivering excellent customer service.

Craig the technician is a real credit to the company. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend both him and the company to anyone. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
