Wrong product delivered, no response from support
It took a week + for me to receive my lashes. And while I ordered the "simple" (basic) lashes, and the packages says it's the "simple" lashes, these are definitely the fuller lashes. I cannot wear these, they are not my style. I emailed their support twice, no response. Emailed their IG account, no response. I am trying their "contact us" now. I am not hopeful. Also, it says it's a TM name, but if you search for them in BBB, nothing comes up. I will give this "contact us" a week, then I will work with my CC to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM.
The lashes arrrived about a week after I ordered them but one of them only had 2 magnets and not 3 (the end one was missing) and the other set the magnet hanging off.
I messaged the company to request a refund as they are unusable. They offered me a 30% refund which I declined.
After much going back and forth over the next 2 weeks they finally agreed to a refund. That was 11 days ago, nothing has been processed let alone it come close to landing in my account.
I am following this up again and now am being greeted by AI customer services and they are offering me a partial refund, replacement and saying I need to cover the re stocking fee. Absolutely disgusting.
I now have to pick this up with my credit card company to get a refund.
Please avoid this hassle and this company. The product doesn’t work and it’s not worth the stress.
