The lashes they send are nothing like the ones shown in their videos, which supposedly have a full magnet strip. Instead, you get lashes with just three tiny magnets spaced out along the strip. They are also way too wide, and you can’t trim them to fit your eyes because the magnets are placed at the very ends—so if you cut them, you remove a magnet and make them unusable.
I asked for a refund, and they agreed to give me 50% back, but I’ve never received anything. They’ve also stopped responding to my emails.

no stars for you! I never receive my order .you are scam. I purchased in February, two months and nothing. Send e mails , in the beginning they respond with an apology and after words disappear. I ask for my money back but not an answer ....

I had a very disappointing experience with Meylora Lashes. First of all, the product quality is far below expectations — the lashes look and feel cheap, and they definitely don't match the glamorous presentation on the website.

But the worst part is the hidden subscription. After making what I thought was a one-time purchase, I was unknowingly enrolled in a monthly subscription that automatically charges your account. This was not clearly disclosed during checkout, and it feels intentionally misleading.

Trying to cancel the subscription is a nightmare — the process is complicated, and customer support is slow to respond (if at all). It feels like they’re banking on people giving up out of frustration.

This company is not trustworthy in my opinion. I strongly recommend avoiding Meylora Lashes — both for the poor-quality products and the shady business practices.

Awful customer service, terribly lashes that are near impossible to put on.

Do not buy from this company they are scammers. It's not true what they said about there lashes I bought the lashes serum and curl a months ago from them I returned everything the next day. Wrote them an email send picture of the eyelashes been used the magnet don't work at all, I told them to refund my money and they still haven't sent me the money back. Oh and then they tell you to sent your item and they gave me the wrong zip code.

Don't bother. I spent $70 to buy 6 sets. They don't sit naturally at all. The magnets are placed in weird spots making it impossible to fit everyone who tries them. I'm really disappointed.

Bought 2 sets magnetic lashes & a lash growth serum on March 19, 2025 via their online site. Paid RM 347.38 (including shipping apparently!) Its more than TWO months now and no sight of the products!!
Emails communication with them have proven futile too. Definitely a scam! ;(

The product is not as advertised, you can buy the same on amazon for 8 euro. It is not a full marneticline, just 3 small magnets, that do not hold.

DO NOT BUY!!! The lashes won't come off the applicator when you try to apply them and it is impossible to even get them close to your lashline nicely. The magnets are a joke and would 100% not stay on even if you did manage to get them to stick to your lashes somehow. One of the biggest shopping scams of my life.

I was not satisfied with their magnetic eyelashes and requested a refund as per their website before the 30-day satisfaction guarantee was up. They took a long time to even acknowledge my initial request. They tried to convince me to keep the product but I declined as I was not satisfied. Eventually they said they would refund my money and I would hear back from their refunds department. It has has been over 1.5 months since that response and I have not heard from their refunds department at all to this day. I have been trying to contact the business for over 2 weeks and no response from them. EXTREMELY disappointed that a company who says they stand by their product won’t fulfill the satisfaction guaranteed motto when it comes to refunding when a customer is not happy with their product. I will not be doing business with them again. And will tell others not to either.

I ordered the natural and simple. I received something else. I requested for it to be replaced and they said they would. Two weeks later, still no replacement so I asked for a refund. It was supposed to be a gift and birthday has passed. They replied with it takes 5-10 business days for refund to be credited back to your credit card and to reach out if it's past 15 business days. I reached out after 15 days has passed. It's now been over a month and have not received any response. So disappointing.

Scam, do not purchase from this company

Wasn’t satisfied with the lashes. Sent an email for a refund and they responded back with a return address for me to send it back to. I went to the post office to send it back and they said it’s not a valid address. Now Meylora is not responding to my emails for a valid address

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 pairs, they took forever to ship, 1 pair was damaged, I emailed immediately, they responded and I told them all my information, but it has been over 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything back about what they will do. I wrote a 1 star review on the companies website and they still haven’t posted it. They will only post 4-5 star reviews.

I am so sorry I didn't see this site before purchasing from Meylora. It's really everything what the girls here are describing: took long time to arrive; the magnet thing is a joke, in the videos they show like it has a magic strip and that's why it looks so easy to apply. But for me came the eyelashes with 3 pieces of magnet and it is impossible to put them using those tweezers. I have tried but till now i didnt get to put them.
AND!!! I have seen the same type of magnetic eyelashes in TEMU! For much cheaper.

First of, the product took forever to arrive. I had to follow up numerous times and all they tell me is its in transit. It almost took a month before i received it. I was so excited ro try this product because of the nice reviews in tiktok and IG, but to my dismay, it did not work like jt was described. No matter how me and my daughter try it as described in the instructions, the magnetic lashes just hanged in our lashes and the tool use got stuck on our lashes that it hurt pulling it off. We tried it for a good one hour and i don't know what were doing wrong. In their ads, they make it seem so easy to apply but in reality its not. Just wasted almost &90 for this. I should've just went to an eyelash salon.

I placed an order for lashes, and according to the track and trace, they supposedly tried to deliver them. But guess what? No delivery attempt notice, no document in my mailbox, nothing! Now I have no idea where my package is.

I reached out to Meylora for help, but they simply ignore my messages. No response, no customer service, just silence. They happily take your money but refuse to deliver the goods. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a pure scam.

If you're considering ordering from Meylora—DON’T. You’ll just end up frustrated and out of pocket. Avoid at all costs!

Emailed the company saying the product doesn’t work. They emailed me back saying “refer to our no return policy”

It took a week + for me to receive my lashes. And while I ordered the "simple" (basic) lashes, and the packages says it's the "simple" lashes, these are definitely the fuller lashes. I cannot wear these, they are not my style. I emailed their support twice, no response. Emailed their IG account, no response. I am trying their "contact us" now. I am not hopeful. Also, it says it's a TM name, but if you search for them in BBB, nothing comes up. I will give this "contact us" a week, then I will work with my CC to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM.

The lashes arrrived about a week after I ordered them but one of them only had 2 magnets and not 3 (the end one was missing) and the other set the magnet hanging off.
I messaged the company to request a refund as they are unusable. They offered me a 30% refund which I declined.

After much going back and forth over the next 2 weeks they finally agreed to a refund. That was 11 days ago, nothing has been processed let alone it come close to landing in my account.

I am following this up again and now am being greeted by AI customer services and they are offering me a partial refund, replacement and saying I need to cover the re stocking fee. Absolutely disgusting.

I now have to pick this up with my credit card company to get a refund.

Please avoid this hassle and this company. The product doesn’t work and it’s not worth the stress.
