I have contacted them several times to request a refund, but I haven't received a clear response. They will not provide the return information, and now they are not responding.

Terrible quality and they don’t give you a refund and make it extremely difficult to make a return. You get credit instead of a return so you’re stuck being forced to buy from them. Quality of their clothes is so poor I wouldn’t ever buy from them again after I use my $200 credit.

As an American site and previous reviews was reluctant to place order. However l emailed them and had a response the following day.

Order placed 05th March 26 and dress received today.

Quality amazing and would definitely recommend.

Unfriendly costumer service difficulty in making returns plz don’t buy anything from this website they will never refund your money instead of making it so easy to return they keep sending you emails to make your life hard just to give you return gift receipt .

The quality of the clothes are horrible and have a terrible smell! They state on their website you are able to return an item if not satisfied yet they have given me a hard time and I’m still not able to return this dress, it’s been 2 weeks now that I’m fighting it. They are now suggesting I take the dress to a tailor. Do NOT buy from them, they are falsely advertising stating a return policy when they do not let you do so! The WORST company I’ve ever came across!

This has been an absolutely awful experience. I’m not alone in this; many others have said that returning items is a nightmare! They require you to send pictures and dictate a ridiculous 7-day return window. After following all their convoluted steps and paying to ship my dresses back—dresses that don’t fit, mind you—they claim they only received one and will only issue a gift card for that. What kind of nonsense is that? After more back and forth, they offered a measly 50% refund for the other dresses, insisting they never got them. This feels like a scam! I've ordered from them in the past and liked one dress, but now I realize that if something doesn't fit, it's basically garbage because you'll never get an honest money back ( even as they claim as a gift card) from this company.

The first dress I bought in MewMews broke my heart and hearts of everyone who saw me in it. That was red dress in size M with hearts on it. Fits perfectly on me. Material is very comfortable and the quality of the dress was great too. That’s why I bought two more (not joking !!!) for my friends, because every girl deserves to look amazing.
Delivery service also good. I got my dress for about two weeks after I made an order and packaging was good and safe.

The dress was for my birthday photoshoot. I am so happy, thrilled, and grateful for the outcome. I will be collaborating with them again, 10/10!!

I originally ordered a few dresses from this site just to try it out, and I honestly didn’t expect them to become some of my most complimented outfits. Every time I wore one of the dresses, someone asked where it was from. The fit was great, the styles felt unique, and they looked even better in person than online.

Because of all the attention the dresses were getting, I ended up coming back and ordering more pieces — including bodysuits and a jumpsuit — and I’ve been just as happy with those. Everything feels stylish, flattering, and surprisingly versatile.

Safe to say this site turned into a bit of a rabbit hole for me in the best way. If you’re on the fence, just try one piece… you might end up doing exactly what I did and coming back for more.

They are super responsible, they attend to you on time, they resolve issues very quickly, and best of all, their dresses are gorgeous, just like on the website. Excellent, everything is great, I love it and I will continue buying here!

Terrible Experience – Do Not Buy!

I purchased a dress from this store and it was a complete disappointment. The dress didn’t look good on me, and the split was in the wrong spot. From the start, their customer service has been horrendous.

They keep asking me for photos of the dress, sending me in endless circles, and never providing a return address or issuing a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This company is a scam, they will take your money, make you jump through hoops for photos, and never help you if the item doesn’t fit or match the photo. I am now $250 out on a dress that doesn’t fit or look good.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. WARNING: DO NOT BUY from this company.

I already have three dresses from this brand, and I absolutely love them all! The quality is unreal, and they really catch attention - just the way I like it! ✨
