You receive superbly cheap product, poorly manufactured with tons of defects, fabrication/color/style is absolutely not what it’s pictured.

You cannot return their defective products - they give you an endless run around and ‘negotiation’ for a store credit, absolutely hideous.

The dresses look like party city costumes, so expensive and cheaply made. They say they have a 30 day policy on the website and now it’s a 5 day policy. Even though their products take 3 weeks to get here from china.

I wore this stunning gold plunging dress to the Bruno Mars 24K Magic Live concert in Las Vegas this weekend, and let me just say… it was absolutely SPOT ON for the entire 24K Magic vibe ✨ The moment I put it on, I knew it was the one. The fit was incredible, the plunge was just the right amount of bold and chic, and the gold shimmer caught the light perfectly all night long. It felt luxe, confident, and completely in sync with the energy of the show. Honestly, I’ve never received so many compliments in one night. It photographed beautifully, moved effortlessly, and made me feel like I was part of the performance itself. If you’re going for glam, statement, and unapologetic sparkle, this dress delivers. Whole catalog was made with AI. Pictures mislead. Worst quality ever. I purchased the Kaelen One Shoulder Butterfly Diamond Maxi Dress. The wires of the wings were entirely covered in glitter glue, which had stuck to the wrapping paper upon unpacking. In several areas, the glue adhered so strongly that parts of the paper remained attached, leaving sections of exposed wire. Additionally, rhinestones began falling off during unpacking, and multiple parts of the dress were stuck together due to excess glue.

Furthermore, although the label indicates size XL, the actual fit appears significantly smaller—closer to a medium at best.

Overall, the quality is unacceptable and far below expectations, especially considering the price of $164.65. The dress is not wearable in its current condition. I had to discuss and argue about a refund for two whole days and ended up having to accept a 75% refund. I was scammed and threw about 40$ out the window. Never again.

Used to be good 3 years ago now it's just another fast fashion brand with ultra low quality and cheap clothes. It's like they thought they would be able to hide under the strength of their former reviews. They also can't keep track of their communications. They are wildly disorganized causing further frustrations on top of the frustrations of the c**p product. Won't send an address for exchanges and they say they got "manager approval" for a one time offer in a current email yet they made the offer to me on the first day which I declined. It's all a scam and because they can't keep track. It's easily exposed.

Update: their offer l last offer: 30% discount to keep a garment that is unwearable and I waited nearly 2 months for?! I've spent thousands with them!

Absolutely horrible return policy. Received my dress on 06.03. Poor quality and 2 times shorter than a catalog picture. I requested return exchanging towards other model. I was asked to pay a top up of price difference without any discounts despite frustrating experience. Then I was asked to pay for return to US of 40 usd from my pocket.. And guess what , we are 02.04 and I didn't hear anything back about my replacement shipment. Frustration pure.
