Very pleased with the service on my Hyundai Tucson!
Very pleased with the service. I spoke to Adam and he arranged the service for the following morning. The mechanic completed a whole Major service on my car on my driveway ! He has all the necessary tools in his van. Quicker and certainly better value than a large garage. I would certainly recommend Mekaniks!

Pre-vehicle purchase service very poor
Pre-vehicle purchase service an absolute rip off. I paid £120 and was promised a inspection lasting a minimum of 1 hour and a written report. The guy turned up and did 20 mins then left. I never received a written report, instead I had a 3 min call from a guy that did not speak very good English at all. I couldn't understand a word. In summary I was told the car was fine, so I brought it only to then find out there were a number of issues with it (body and mechanically) that had I known, I would never have purchased the car. I wished I had gone with the RAC. These guys are cowboys. I made a formal complaint and didn't care to speak to them after. No offer of a refund, nothing. Absolutely useless. You've been warned. If I could give zero stars I would.

Review of Mekaniks London
I had a really positive experience - after a breakdown company had towed my car back home, telling me that the fuel pump was broken, the guys from Mekaniks came to have a look. Within a few minutes they had diagnosed and fixed the problem, and the car was up and running again!

Mekaniks was able to accommodate my needs at a drop of a hat. Super helpful AJ when taking my call, made every effort to assure me that their service would be nothing less than competitive and Top Notch. Their technician Desmond was super friendly, very experienced, helpful, professional, quick and thorough. Highly recommend these guys. A+++
