Phoned at 11am for a update they said someone will ring me … they didn’t
Sent a email asking why nobody bothers to ring me no reply as yet

Mekaniks are always there for me, giving the best service in town.
Mekaniks tries very hard to look after me *AND* my car - no matter what state we are in...

AVOID at all costs , charged call out fee the bodged the car , charged me over £200 .a week later came along with the correct part then wanted another £300 . Complained then blocked me . Good they come to your door it’s convenient yes , but then stings you good and proper . The car had to go to a proper mechanic to get fixed .

Absolutely awful
Called because I thought car battery was flat. Paid £78 for an hour call out. The guy took the spark plugs and started the car. 5 minutes later was at my door with the key telling me it was a dead battery. There was no report or diagnostic. First he said it should be good as long as you drive it in 2-3 days to charge it. Then he said in a minute. He wasn’t clear and desperate to leave. I wondered why, as I had paid for up to an hour and had 5 minutes he couldn’t stand abs charge it for a bit longer for me. 20 minutes later I leave to drive it to charge the battery and it’s dead. So I ring reception again. I am told I will get a call back in half an hour. An hour goes by I call reception again. Once again I’m told I’ll be called back. So I call again. It’s the next day now and still no phone call. I have no issue if the battery needed replacing but this company did nothing to help me at all I still have a dead car no diagnostic and have now ordered a mobile service from Halfords. Absolutely appalling service not to call back and just take the money and not do or follow up on works required. Will be making a formal complaint.

My husband was satisfied with the result as , when they changed the battery, a screw was found to be rusty. He then fixed that without further charge. Will use again .

Mekaniks replaced the catalytic converter and mid exhaust pipe which had been stolen from my car. They were very prompt and super efficient as well as very friendly. Cost was far cheaper than the franchise garage would have charged. Highly recommended, will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Thanks guys.

Adam was great, sorted out the initial problem and got my car starting again. Really professional and dealt with me really well, as I can be a bit skeptical with mechanics at times...he had a lot of patience with me and was really polite and professional. I also had a flat tyre unexpectedly and he was nice enough to sort that out for me as well. Overall it was a good experience, only thing was due to the longer labour being needed to rectify the issue, the office sent me a invoice overcharging me. I didn’t really appreciate it but it was rectified in the end and they were nice enough to give me a reasonable quote.

I must admit I dubious and negative bias about using the company after booking and then reading the bad reviews. I was prepared for the worse and admittedly on guard. However, my experience I cannot fault them. My mechanic (Adam) was courteous, efficient, and got the job done. He exceeded and went beyond my expectation for the company. I had a car heater that didn't work for a year and I thought it was the blower motor which I was prepared to pay for a replacement which wouldn't have been cheap. Adam found the fault and fortunately for me it wasn't the blower motor which was a bonus all round. He did this all under a hour. Good job my man and keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Happy customer.

I've had my car serviced with Mobile Mekaniks for several years now, and once had them come urgently when my car broke down.

The service is always good - the mechanic who arrived knew what they were doing, what they were talking about, and everyone was fair - getting me a replacement part for decent cost and installing it.

Overall I highly recommend them and continue using them.

Amazing service. I used Mekaniks mobile service - they were super polite, professional and fixed my car very quickly with perfect results. They came during my toddlers nap time which was extremely convenient! Really nice guys easy to work with. Will definitely use again!

These guys are amazing!! They came to my rescue when my car broke down at work and I had no way of getting home. Even though they didn't have to, they slotted me in at the end if their busy day and hey presto, I was back on the road in no time. Thanks Adam (and team)!

I had mekaniks come out for a service during the pandemic. Great professional service would use again. They also diagnosed a coolant leak from my radiator. Price wasn't much more then a service from a approved garage.

Have sourced my last 3 cars via Adam/Mekaniks over the years, not once disappointed. They have maintained them well over the years by way of service and MOTs. On the occasion where I have had a problem they have come out and dealt with it efficiently, have met several members (mechanics) of the team and they all did a great job. Was especially pleased when they were able to come to my house and get my air con sorted again as have little time to go to the garage these days. I highly recommend them, not only are the prices reasonable but I trust them implicitly and simply would never go anywhere else.
