Such a thoughtful company!

It was such a simple and easy process from start to finish. I appreciated the full communication and expectations for delivery. What I appreciated most was being able to select less wasteful packaging without sacrificing thoughtfulness, aesthetics, and securely packaged products. I will definitely purchase again!

I have bought x3 things from Mejuri all…

I have bought x3 things from Mejuri all have been beautiful and never tarnished and stayed super sparkly, so definitely worth the money. I had an isssue with a clasp on a bracelet, the cutomer service team were phenomenal. They sorted out my problem within 48 hours of me contacting them, and replaced my bracelet. I love the brand and I know when I am buying from them I will get the quality I am paying for both in product quality and brand ethos/attitude.

Never return expensive items by post. Living in the Netherlands there is no…

Living in the Netherlands there is no in person mejuri stores close enough for me to visit. So it was a risk purchasing jewellery and not being able to go the store if I had to return it. However because of the high prices of the jewellery, I expected good quality. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The earring clasp broke quite fast after purchasing them.
On their website it said that there was a 1 year return policy because they were very confident in the quality of the pieces they sell. When I sent the earrings back they claimed that those weren’t mejuri earrings. I had loads of correspondence back and forth with costumerservice but I had nothing to stand on. I know they were lying to me, cause the only reason that weren’t my earrings is if the content of the packet got switched magically on its way to them. So lesson learned, never return expensive items by post. And never buy from mejuri.

Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. The quality is amazing, the design is beautiful and minimal, and delivery was fast. Everything arrived perfectly packaged and looked even better in real life. Definitely recommend!

I’m really impressed and relived by your warranty policy - your willingness to stand behind your products means I will 100% always be a customer. When my $1,600 ring stone chipped, I brought it in and you replaced it with no issue. That meant the world to me that was a big purchase for me, and was so upsetting that it chipped! And for you to honour your product - honestly, just wow. Thank you.

And, as I say this, your in store people are incredible at Ossington! (I haven’t been to Yorkdale so no shade to them!!) they really are so above and beyond.

I would highlight the manager, I’m sorry I don’t know his name but he is tall, dark hair, handsome - he is so kind and lovely to interact with!! And Julia, my mum and I have shopped with her a few times and she is so bubbly and helpful.

And as a side note! A few years ago you used to do gifts with spend - I have the half moon jewelry case, and a pair of the gold Huggies with an emerald. You haven’t done that in a long time. Would be so cool if you brought it back, once in a while!

I always feel so welcome when I shop in-store, and the ladies are incredibly helpful and fun to talk to. They always work to ensure I get the pieces I’m looking for, and the pieces I bring in to clean are stunning after each visit.

Take me back to 2017 Mejuri!

Miss the OG Mejuri days when the shopping experience and pieces felt elevated, unique, and special. I felt my pieces were timeless and still wear most of my pieces from before 2019.

There seems to be a focus on vermeil that lean in to trends or very expensive diamond pieces that are unattainable unless it’s a gift or to celebrate.

I’d love to see more mid-range, solid gold pieces that fit the classic style that original drew me in.
